Please explain to me why we were sitting at the park and order thing for 15 minutes, pressed the button twice and still nothing. We gave up, went to the drive through, we started to order and the lady taking our order completely left in the middle of us taking our order, we called out for her a few times and sat there for another 5 minutes. Then our order was completely deleted off the screen, WHILE WE WERE STILL TRYING TO ORDER!!! It was not busy at all. There is no excuse, that was ridiculous and I will not be coming back here.
The food was priced reasonably. The burger was good but the onion rings were undercooked and soggy! Will you please two separate orders from one vehicle and the server was demanding a debit card even though we paid at the pull-up thingy and had a virtual receipt to order had been paid for. I haven't been here in a while, no rushes to go back

Went here because I haven’t had sonic in years was excited to try again, unfortunately that was disappointing to say the least. First they were out of every side besides fries, and all chicken. I ordered a coney dog and my girlfriend got a cheeseburger with no onions or mustard (didn’t know it didn’t come with it in the first place). Our food came out surprisingly fast and we drove into a parking spot to eat. I bit into my coney dog and it was FREEZING cold on one side and Luke warm at best on the other. The cheeseburger had extra onions and was also cold. The only thing palatable was the fries. I get that it’s fast food but damn at least make sure it’s warmed up. Disappointing and will not return.

Rip off 4.38 for corn dog kids meal they gave me no mustard that I specifically asked for and to get an extra corn dog 2.14 crazy that's outlandish and the corn dog was not properly cooked still raw on inside yuck shame sonic you used to be so good

I’ve been to a lot of sonics throughout the years and this is got to be the worst sonic I have ever been to in my life. Ordered on the app for a meal was told to drive to a stall, but we get to the stall of no stall screens or even lit up or nothing. Went to the drive-through and they said that supposedly “the hurricane knocked the stalls system out “ Hurricane, no other hurricane damage around there whatsoever. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ then as we go up to the drive-through to get our order, the girl who comes out to our car to give us our food we tell her we’re missing some things and she keeps saying no it’s right there. No it’s right there except saying no it’s not it’s missing something. So then we get up to the drive-through window and what looks like the manager comes out and says no it’s in the bag and we told her no it’s missing so I show her the receipt and also one of her condiments was missing and she goes no it’s in the bag also and I said no, it’s not. So she says can I have another mozzarella, like she’s giving us an extra. And then miraculously the item that was missing was right there within three seconds of her turning around they didn’t have to cook it or nothing. So I evidently somebody wanted a free lunch or something. One and done never going to this sonic ever ever ever again pure

Food was good, but the service is terrible. Not enough people working at lunch on a weekend. Took forever for someone to answer the drive in button. Then took 15 minutes to get some hot dogs and fries. Then had to press the button and wait another 10 minutes for some ketchup they forgot to bring. And overall just unfriendly workers. And it wasn’t even very busy. It’s a shame, because this is in a great location and has good food. But only having, from what I saw, 2 kids working at this time is just bad. And of course they ask if you want to tip…for what?!
Order online at 8:01pm hubby goes there immediately (we live 2 miles away). Checks in. Gets his order at 8:57pm! And it was mostly drinks!! And it's a Weds night, not even a weekend. And no one there even says.SORRY about the wait! It's literally normal for them!! He gets home my iced coffee is sweet when I ordered no sugar. All food is cold, nothing is hot. Where has this been sitting all this time? So an hour wait and they can't even get it right??? No receipt to be found they did not give my husband one. I'm livid!!! Try to call the location 10 times.. Of course no answer. No one cares! Fast food my butt! SLOWEST place in town hands down! Could've went to a sit down nice restaurant and been all the way to ordering dessert in the same time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Managers and owners need to look into how this location is being ran.
***UPDATE*** gave them another try, tried to order drinks thru the app for over 15 minutes (you have to use the app for the discount). Rang the bell to let them know and see if they could do the discount from the store, guy answers and when I ask him I hear a lady yelling in the back NO! I ask him if a manager could help me. He said that was her yelling. I asked her name he said AMANDA. She never bothered to come to the intercom or speak to me. It was dead there too, not busy at all. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE AT THIS LOCATION. PERIOD. IF SHE WAS A MANAGER... WHICH I KIND OF DOUBT. THEN WHY BE RUDE AND YELL ACROSS THE ROOM INSTEAD OF SPEAKING TO A GUEST?? AND AS FAR AS ESCALATING.. CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE EITHER!!!
