Everything. Was told to wait at speaker to order. Took 15 min before I just pulled up to the window. Employees acted like they didnt know I was there. Was given the incorrect drinks. Numerous cars that were behind us drove off. Took almost 10 more minutes to get the correct drink then they tried to hand me extra drinks.

Enclosed photo of my Meal. Ive never seen it look so bad. Besides the lack of chili and cheese there were several mistakes in our order. We were shorted onion rings and all of our fries were only half full. Paid almost $50 for basicly half servings of meals.
The last time we went to this sonic we sat at the drive thru for 10 mins with no assistance. We drove to the pickup window and decided they were closed but then someone came out and we asked if they were open and the person was smart with her answer so we just backed back to the pick up window and she came took our order there and had attitude the whole time. We only ordered drinks but decided we wouldn't drink em because of the attitude we were afraid something might have been done to them. There wont be a 3rd strike. They are already out. We wont be going back to this Sonic.

Was here to pickup an order. Took nearly 15 min to complete the order and no one was in the drive through (only one other in a stall). Only reason I'm leaving 2 ☆s is the person who brought out the order managed to smile.

The manager tay was Absolutely APPALLING! He assaulted me and came outside after me and took off his lanyard screaming profanity while I had children in the backseat, all because I asked to add on mozzarella sticks to my order at the window (not even speaking to him) and he yells at his employee “no, shut the window and keep it moving”. I have never been treated like this ever and the only word I can describe for it is disgusting.

I came through there earlier for dinner and Tay was awesome. It looked like he was by his self working actually and he totally did. His thing, he was taken care of the people in front of me and took the time to walk out and bring me my order outside the drive-through. He was very respectful and very nice and I will go back again because of him and hopefully he can get some help in there and not be by his self doing everything so I just wanted to give him a shout out for the incredible customer service. Wish there’s more people like him for sure

Takes 20-30 minutes to get 3 Route 44 cherry limeades. Never any cherries but if you pay for extra cherries in the app they take your money and still give zero cherries. They are always out of everything that is promoted through emails, such as 99¢ medium slushies every Monday in July.

The parking lot pavement is atrocious and the whole place is just dirty. This location needs a ton of work - Hello Management Are You Reading This??!!?
