We placed our order online through the mobile app and they ended up not having what we ordered. Then they asked if we wanted something else to replace it. They didn't have that either. Come on? Really?

So I've ordered this meal so many times without issue and today was just unacceptable. If you're out of supplies or your people are lazy or untrained just say so and I'll either order something else or leave. Plus the constant issues with the blast machine always being down. This croissant is about half the size as normal which tells me it's not the normal croissant bread, plus the egg is NOWHERE near acceptable and isn't even half of what is normally there. The only reason I even ate it was because I was hungry and have to sit with my son for his medical infusion so I don't have time to bring it back.

The only reason they get even one star is because there are no options for zero stars. We have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and still haven't gotten our ice cream and they aren't even busy at all! We have even honked and they are ignoring us. Over $16 for three small brownie blasts and a wait of over 20 minutes not to mention being ignored. I am not from here but will not return to this Sonic ever again. Finally after 23 minutes we get our ice cream and absolutely no apology.

4011 N Wickham Rd, this Sonic has been going down hill for a while now. I stop going for a while but when I go back it's the same, but today was the worst. Dr. Peppers either have an after taste of cinnamon or something like whip cream from a milkshake. I ordered popcorn chicken and its horrible! It was overcooked and there were more small pieces than actual chicken, and the bigger pieces were so dry and crunchy. I don't even know why this one is still open! I would post a picture but I don't see that option. Don't go there!

Veronica P showed us the best customer service of our lives. We went through the drive thru and she was the funniest worker ever and got our order in the speed of light. Give that woman a raise 10/10

Order online at 8:01pm hubby goes there immediately (we live 2 miles away). Checks in. Gets his order at 8:57pm! And it was mostly drinks!! And it's a Weds night, not even a weekend. And no one there even says. about the wait! It's literally normal for them!! He gets home my iced coffee is sweet when I ordered no sugar. All food is cold, nothing is hot. Where has this been sitting all this time? So an hour wait and they can't even get it right??? No receipt to be found they did not give my husband one. I'm livid!!! Try to call the location 10 times.. Of course no answer. No one cares! Fast food my butt! Slowest place in town hands down! Could've went to a sit down nice restaurant and been all the way to ordering dessert in the same time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Managers and owners need to look into how this location is being ran.

I love the ocean water Drink... I think its flavored sprite but its definitely worth trying! They have a lot of slushy options. The fish sandwich is very good.Parking: Its a drive-in. So you eat in your car.
