Soul Sushi 9 gets a 10 out of 10 from me!!!! I absolutely enjoyed every bite of the food I ordered. The super crunch volcano roll is top tier. We always invite them to our work events and they’re always on time, professional and appreciative. I highly recommend if you have not tried.
Great quantity perfect taste. This over makotos and half the sushi spots in Brevard.

We ordered from them today. The krab sushi and buffalo chicken was super tasty and I usually don't even like spicy food but that buffalo chicken was delicious. Definitely 5/5.
Tried this food truck for the first time. The volcanic chicken bowl was delicious. Crispy chicken, excellent rice and the sauce was the best Thai chili I have ever had. Service was very friendly and the gentlemen working handled the long lines very efficiently and work well as a team. Portion sizes were very generous for price. Would definitely recommend
Shrimp taco ? , very good and full of flavor. The staff on the food “truck” aka tent is very polite & up beat.

Just had there chicken bowl and dumplings. Both are very good. Suprisingly good, hence my review. Chicken bowl w rice and 2 peices of sushi was a nice touch. Kind service too, thanks fellas. Chicken was eaten before picture was taken, sushi not for me so no review on that. 5 stars.
Was at dollar tree bayside lakes..absolutely phenomenal experience...the food was amazing. The positivity,attitude and story behind the staff make this team second to none????!!!!
LET ME TELL YOU the buffalo chicken tacos are AMAZING. We went to the Wickham park taco truck event today. First stop we made and last!! We could not get enough of these tacos. 10/10 you must try these. Instantly addicted.
Probably the Best Crunch Rolls I've ever had, but pricey but definitely worth the food.
