Kristen, Tommy Manager, we’re all amazing. I wanted to post pics of the food. Presentation was amazing. I called in and spoke with Jenn. She was friendly and helpful. The drinks actually had alcohol in them. Glad we decided to use the hotel shuttle. Great time

Took my aunt for her birthday, but neither of us have ever been here.
We were very satisfied with the service. Sam was great!
The food was great, as we have high expectations for Mahi, calamari, and shrimp.
The service and food is why we gave full stars.
The only negative we have is the following. - the mixed drinks were pricy and too strong. Didn't taste like they were made correctly. - the chairs vs the floor were a little annoying, when people moved them. Suggest chair caps with he felt on the bottom.

So they have 2 separate menus one for inside and one for outside. We were sitting outside on the deck by the bar and I ordered prime rib, server said we would have to sit inside I was like what that makes no sense. So we ordered off outside menu which we were not pleased! I ordered a frozen pina colada from outside bar and it was disgusting. Told server and nothing was done. I ordered a margarita and that was gross cause still had the taste of the pina colada but the margarita was way too strong. Then our food came well I at 1/2 of buffalo chicken wrap which was fine but thanks to the pina colada I had to run to bathroom and got sick. Told another staff member about the pina colada and again no manager came. We paid and left. I got sick 2 more times at home. It was Thursday September 4 and it was open mic night the band was way too loud. We basically had to scream to talk to each other. What’s sad is we live right down the street so it’s convenient. We will not be going back.

Squids could be such an awesome place, the location is awesome and the atmosphere when you walk in and walk through to the back bar amd outside seating is great, but the you get to the bar and the top is filthy and sticky. We went on a Wednesday and there was plenty of time for the bartender to wipe down the bar but you could tell the stickiness had been there awhile. The glasses are exposed to the elements which is ok but rinse them before serving drinks in them. The food is meh at best. It used to be better. When you own 3 locations you need to take the time to take care of all of them. Dont just rely on your regulars to keep you afloat because even regulars want better.

My friends and I came here on a Labor Day weekend and grabbed dinner after a beach day. To start off the dinner, we had sat down and browsed for a bit, and our server, Emma, took a while just to gather our drink orders. This was a pattern that followed throughout the entire dinner. It seemed as if she had forgotten about us throughout the night. The food was very mediocre. Also, the trashbag they had was literally sitting out and about in the dining room, so cleanliness wise, that was a bit off putting. The outdoor seating however was beautiful and quite the sight! We loved sitting near the ocean! I think the experience could have been executed in a better fashion, but overall, not the worst experience of all time.
What a great experience we had! Our server was fantastic…wish I could remember her name (maybe Abby?-we were there Saturday of Labor Day weekend). All of our dishes were delicious but the best of the night for me was the bacon wrapped plantains. We sat on the covered deck and we were able to listen to the band (also fantastic!) playing at the outdoor bar. Also, get the key lime martini!

The oysters and the clams were very small. The calamari was hot and crispy but had no taste. I have had covid four times so I can't blame the kitchen for the blandness.It could have just been my taste buds. But the clams and the oysters were very small. Service was very good. The conch chowder was the only thing I could get a flavor from and it was delicious.

Never a bad experience here! Sitting in the sand, with a beautiful view, and warm sun. The key lime Martin was to die for!! The service was amazing. Food was delicious, I took my aunt here because she’s had a rough few weeks and is in town. She has done nothing but rave about this day all week. Truly a mini paradise.
