Starbucks

I like to go to this Starbucks when I am at the mall.

I get it's the holidays and everybody is really busy but the little blonde up there is snippy and rude. Completely putting mobile orders on the back burner unless they're her friends that work in the mall!

Honestly I have never had such terrible service here. I always come get my coffee here when I am at the mall. When I ordered my coffee they were more worry about the make up that they had to wear later with their costumes than my coffee thennn argue with me about what I ordered telling me I never said that. Like seriously? That it’s the same thing I order daily how can I messed up my own order. The coffee taste terrible. I am so angry.

It takes a long time for my order… and staff didn’t care about it

I absolutely love this store, everyone is so sweet and super friendly. My true great experience is with Tess, I mainly go in there if she is there, she makes sure my order is in and out and I would still be there just having a nice convo with her. She is truly amazing and filled with lots of love!!!

Great shop for coffee and wifi if you need to work. Pleasant workers and nice atmosphere.

Dietary restrictions: They have a multitude of whole and nut based milks for each persons needs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Walking into this establishment was easy with zero steps allowing for easy wheel chair accessible entries.

The girl's making the drinks seemed unsure of the ingredients and the refill policy. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

My parents have been going to this Starbucks on the weekends. The staff is wonderful and they are friendly people. They treat my brother (who has special needs) wonderfully. Best Starbucks in Melbourne area!

Was not really a fan of anything here. I feel like the coffee bean quailty is cheap.

I have been to many Starbucks in many places around the world. The coffee was diluted, and I could not taste the flavor of the coffee. Sugar and stirrers were hidden behind the counter and not freely available, so I had to que again to ask for extra sugar.

When I went in to get a Pikes. The Coffee was itself so strong! and usually, I don't have a problem with Coffee. This time, was really strong. I couldn't even finish it!

I just would like to say that the entire staff is so nice and inviting always know me by name like Tess and Christina this is why that even on my days off I come here to get my pumpkin loaf and refreshers. Thanks for y’all being so awesome.

I love going to this Starbucks every week I bring my Mom to have her hair washed at the beauty Academy. All the baristas are so friendly I feel like they are family, especially Christina !!
