Mobile ordered, arrived in 10 minutes, coffee ready, pull apart not ready, inquire…She says it’ll be a few minutes. I get my service Dog out of the car. We come in and we sit down. We wait about 10 minutes. I inquire again that if it’s a problem heating up just throw it to me and they pretty much all ignored me. I told them to keep it and keep my tip you Beches. My expectation was to not have to wait 15 miniutes for you to heat something up, but really this is about management who Apparently wasn’t watching what was going on trying to rectify this situation.

I would come here 5 to 6 times in a week to get a certain specialty coffee drink That I order every time I come But today I come and I go to order what I wanted and explain to her how to make it. She was very rude and cut me off and said with a attitude I got it. So today will be the last time I go to that location. Be nice to people there is no reason to be rude. You never know what somebody is going through.

5/5. Parking lot is wild due to traffic and people not slowing down once pulling into the parking lot off the main road. I wish Starbucks could have more lot space here.
