went through the drive through and it was an older gentleman working (not sure his name), and it was raining so i had my window rolled down about half way, i reached out my card to tap it on the card reader that they hold, but instead he just threw it into my car and he wasn’t even looking as he was throwing it as he was taking a different order on his headset. the card reader hit my window and it now jerks/pops in and out of place when i roll it down. don’t throw stuff into people’s cars.

Coffee today was terrible No one cares to listen anymore Very simple - I ordered a hot caramel coffee and even said make it extra sweet It was horribly bitter no sweetener at all A recommendation for anyone that provides a service...take that extra 2 minutes to actually listen and 'hear' your customer

Took my wife here for her birthday coffee to start the day. I didn’t anticipate writing a review today but CAM’s service was just so amazing! He was so friendly, did a little dance, and just really kicked off an amazing day for us. Also, whoever wrote the birthday message on the cup was so sweet. This location is so great!

Brooke and her crew did a good job of correcting and remaking my grande mocha frapachino. I commend them for what they go through on a daily basis. I will definitely be back because of the friendly atmosphere and good service. finally, the food there is better compared to the competition.

My drink was made perfectly but everyone seemed depressed. Atmosphere was off and My sandwich was cold so they retested it and burnt the outside.
