Found a bug in my drink, and it didn’t crawl in bc the top had a very small opening. So they must’ve put it in :). Called and told the location and they said they could give a refund or new drink, I told them I wouldn’t be able to because I came from out of town. Going to email the higher ups because it was pretty disgusting and is not okay how lax they were about it!!

my favorite Starbucks! I travel 30 minutes just to go to this Starbucks. They always get my order right and perfect. The atmosphere is lovely and positive and all of the workers are very sweet !!
The lady who handed me my drink was very rude. I said thank you multiple times and she ignored me each time after giving me a nasty look. Then began talking loudly to her co worker.

Customer service is very bad the snappy short brown haired girl was very snobby i was waiting to pay and she swung open the window and stated “what are you waiting on” i held out my phone and said to pay, no sas at all and she popped off back saying she had just got there and they were in the middle of a change, i was never being rude just told her i was waiting to pay, someones very miserable and doesn’t like or need her job. She then handed me the card reader and started taking another order I was with my grandmother who didn’t know how to use it and the rude employee was too busy taking another order and didn’t help us, so petty she didn’t even fake it to make it and tell us to have a good day, I work in customer service as a barista aswell and I would never doesn’t matter the situation even if the customer is being rude I would still be as nice as possible! Downright snobby and horrible customer service!! Not to mention there’s white stuff growing in my boba which i pay $7 a drink and got two and threw them both away

Ordered 3 "large" drinks. I know they call them something different at Starbucks but I'm not familiar with the terms as i dont visit often but other starbucks never get this wrong. I received 3 of the smalls cups ever that are smaller than my hand. Common sense for the employee would be that I want the biggest size if I say large. Won't be returning to this incompetent location.
Be very careful about saying your drink is wrong. Barista Eric literally told me to shut up when I mentioned my drink was not correct. He continued to talk over me & continued to tell me I was wrong when it was clearly printed on the label on my cup. This used to be a favorite location for me, but now I'm afraid to go back in there & be yelled at again.

My kids want to try new summer drink , they heard from their friends very good.so I order 2 drinks and a pineapple cake with no ice because I will get off from work late , I came 30’ later to pick up they did put the ice inside , I asked them my order no ice and I can see the sticky note in the cup said no Ice too ,they didn’t say anything just took it back what they did just took the ice out and give back to me , it’s taste like water .
