I am deeply disappointed to have to write this, but I can’t not say anything. I was here today to meet a friend for coffee. When she arrived I had already been served, so she went to the counter to order and no one waited on her. There were a good four people behind the counter doing various things. All of them looked at her and said nothing. No one came to the register, no one said “someone will be with you soon,” there was no verbal acknowledgement. She gave up and sat down with me. We watched as others walked in and were waited on right away. We notice one employee look over at her at the table. I’m afraid you have lost her as a customer and we won’t be meeting at this location again. I hate to think that this was racially motivated, and I hurt for her. Please know that small actions add up and customer service includes all customers.

My drink was not made correctly so I went back through and the nice lady in the drive thru told me she would remake the drink and to stay in the line so she would bring it to me then this rude boy/man comes to the window and tells ne to go park my car around the building and he will bring it out and when I say thank you to him he says nothing back , once he comes outside to bring me a new drink he then demands he takes back the old drink that they made which they never do but I did not mind because it was not made correctly in the first place and then says “extra sweet” in a rude way . I give the helpful lady a 1000/10 and I give him a -1/10 ..so rude . I COME ALL OF THE TIME , my first bad experience! Todays date 11/28 7:10PM

Coffee was OK. Shoves the thing in your face to get a tip and passive aggressively says “ just gonna ask you a small question”. No I’m not giving you a 20% tip for making a coffee.

Ordered a quick coffee for pickup on my way out of town on Black Friday, went to pick it up and they closed the dining area randomly at 4:30 in the afternoon. Had to sit in the drive thru for 20+ mins with an angry toddler to get the drink we’d already purchased. Shouldn’t allow pickups if you’re this incompetent.

This location definitely has good service and is quick with their orders. My issue was the quality of the drink. I ordered a gingerbread oat chai latte. The day before I ordered it and it was amazing!! But this morning it was luke warm and tasted like watered down plain chai tea. Not sure if it was how the barista made it or what but I was very disappointed. ☹️

Just wanted to say how exceptional this Starbucks is , I come here daily sometimes multiple times daily and the people who work here are fantastic . A huge shout out to Brooke who from the beginning has been one of the kindest people I've ever met truly an amazing human !

The Starbucks on Wickham near Titan road is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. When I received my drink it was leaking with oatmilk all down the sides. We forgot to order a drink and asked kindly if we can add something else and was told NO in a very rude way..... "Probably not bc I have a line". My drink is super weak for a Venti. It's full of milk and doesn't taste as strong as it should. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Starbucks never fails me but the service from this store just blows.

I have tried to give this location a chance multiple times and continue to be disappointed every time. I go out of my way to avoid this particular location as my order is ALWAYS wrong. I always get a warm, not tongue scorching hot, drink and every single time warm is listed on the label but the drink is standard hot. Today was no exception. Additionally, the staff was not friendly or expedient, asking me to wait for 5 minutes with 1 other person persent.I am done with this location!

This is a very busy location, but it is efficiently run, and I was able to get my food and drink quickly. The Starbucks Odyssey, beta program is a new extension to the Starbucks rewards program, and it provides rewards for completing certain challenges and quests. As part of completing a quest, or a journey, as they are labeled within the program, I had to visit three different Starbucks locations and order different drinks. I received a valuable digital collectible for completing the journey.
