I stop here on occasion, when I am traveling the I-95 corridor. At times there were issues with some of my orders. But today at about 5:15 in the morning, all three employees greeted me and one employee, Jenna went out of her way to fulfill my special order as requested. She did this all with a beautiful smile that will stay with me for the rest of my drive š„°

This was the worst experience Iāve ever had at a Starbucks. I could barely get into the parking lot because the drive-through line was so long. Then when I got in the line was so long and I was waiting at least 10 minutes to even order. Then when I ordered, they were out of peppermint mocha so I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha Frappuccino. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my drink and when it came out, it was a white peppermint cream Frappuccino, which is not what I ordered, and it had cookie crumbs on top, which I also did not order. Then they remade the drink, and the second drink tasted terrible. It was not good like the coffee tasted sour. This just makes me continue to lose faith in Starbucks.

There is a blonde ladie next to liliana she was being really rude and i want a cookie and cream frap. Itās just basically base cream,milk, java chips and vanilla bean. why can she do the order how i ask. i will like my refund

New interior is somehow more bland than before. No comfortable seating anymore. Waited several minutes to have my order taken by the drive thru cashier. At least my nitro cold brew was good. This Starbucks is a far cry from what it used to be

While in the area yesterday, 8/11/2025, I stopped by this Starbucks to get my birthday drink. I'm normally a hit drink girly but it was SUPER hot yesterday, so I knew I wanted something cold. The gentleman that helped me was sooooo patient and sweet. He listened to what I wanted, offered drink suggestions and assisted me with making my selection. The drink that I did pick was made to perfection and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't taste it until after I had already walked out but I should have went back inside to let the young lady that made it know how good it was.. I live in Palm Bay, but I would definitely drive the extra miles for the excellent customer service and care that was shown to me and on my birthday!!!!! They made me feel SO special!

Ordered matcha latte and have been waiting so long once I got it it tasted so bland barely taste any matcha. I saw the way they made it they put in the blender to mixed it a lot of matcha stuck in the blender which is wasted and I didnāt enough of the matcha powder.

Came through the drive-through in the morning to grab coffee before a flight. I sat at the window for about 3 to 4 minutes and no one came up so I drove forward to the window and let them know. I thought their box wasnāt working. They claimed it was working and that as soon as they started talking, I pulled forward and asked me to pull back around and wait in a line full of cars instead of just taking my order at the window. The staff was rude and had an attitude about me. Pulling forward instead of waiting for them to come onto the screen, but I have been waiting for so long. I thought the machine was not working. Very terrible customer service experience and I do not think Iāll be coming back to the Starbucks.

I did not get what I ordered....finally realized I was drinking a white chocolate mocha instead of a blonde roast coffee...I use cream and sugar in my coffee....I thought it tasted different ...then figured out what I was drinking.
Best iced horchata oat milk shaken espresso I've ever had. Perfect amount of light Ice. Service was fast and efficient even though the drive-thru was super busy

Solid Starbucks. Consistently well made drinks. Friendly baristas. The only thing is has going against it is the indoor seating. Thereās not much of it at all. I guess the other thing is, 25 stars doesnāt go as far here.

Danny was so rude. āPurchase something or leave??ā Learn customer service. We were there to buy cups and coffee. We asked a question about a friend as part of a birthday party scavenger hunt. Totally rude behavior. We were there less than 2 minutes before the attitude. Left buying nothing and never going back. Trash atmosphere
