Let me start by saying that I worked as a shift supervisor for Starbucks and just left the company in December because I moved and had a better opportunity as a restaurant manager at a restaurant near this location. Sierra, your drive thru attendant had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks and I know she’s been trained better than that…when I pulled up to pay for my drink she blankly stared at me and I asked how she was while she was looking at me. No response. Then I tipped and paid for my drink and she STILL didn’t say thank you or even have a good day. Silence. I drove away feeling weird about the interaction and wished I didn’t tip. As somebody that has been customer service based when I started as a server at 14 years old to now, a restaurant manager at 31, I am very disappointed in the quality of her particular service. I love the company, loved working for the company and I know y’all stand for better customer service than she gave today.

How do you run out of the most popular items? Mocha and chocolate...... there were a few other flavors that they were out of, which greatly restricted the drink options. Our daughter wanted the mint hot chocolate, but they couldn't make it since they were out of the mocha. However, they were able to make a white chocolate one, which we were grateful for.Most Starbucks have a display cabinet with food options. This does not. There's chips on the counter for you to choose from, but who eats chips with coffee? Outside of that, the only other visible food was packaged biscotti in a mug at the register.Based on the lack of common ingredients and food options, I'd venture to say that their leadership needs better training.

Came here at around 3 PM. Placed a mobile order for drive thru. The time said 3-6 minutes for prep, but I always wait a few extra just in case they are a little held up, no harm in that. I sat in the drive thru line for 30 MINUTES. The woman running the drive thru did not address or speak to me at all or anyone else from what I could see, and she also never apologized for the wait. I can understand hold ups, I get that sometimes people are short staffed, or whatever the reason be, but to be waiting 30 minutes for one drink with no good service in the drive thru is ridiculous.
