Very slow! I wish that they worked a bit more disciplined and more organized. Waited an extra 10 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but not started til I arrived.

This is the most fantastic Starbucks we have ever been to and have been going there for many years. The staff is super nice, the food and drinks have always been perfect. It is a clean and neat place and the staff is very professional and friendly. They work together as a great team.

Worst experience. Asked where the sugar and stuff was and she was literally rude about it, saying it's not been out for about 3 yrs, was that comment necessary?.. I don't usually come to this location and i won't be back .

Actually probably the worse coffee experience of my life. I’m not the most experienced coffee drinker, and my server had JUST AS MUCH experience as me.

This kid did nothing but make me spend 3 dollar on a single shot of espresso after I countlessly told him this was incorrect and I had 2 shots for the same price.

Overall I am unpleased and will never spend my money in this store again, absolute shame on the coffee name.

has become inconvenient and hassle.You have to wait to get a straw from someone. then you have to ask for sugar. and then you have to ask for milk.all that was sitting on the counter before. seriously, it makes no sense.

Ordered in store, waiting 20 minutes and counting for my 1 caramel frap. I get it there busy, but everyone behind the counter is walking around slow and looks mildly confused. And 20+ min wait for a frap is ridic

The location was fast, clean, and had very kind staff. While I was enjoying my coffee I noticed one employee (Court) talk to almost every customer by name. It was sweet to see how connected to the community the staff are.

Lines were long short staffed, my order was not ready as indicated on the app i graciously told them i would retun in 30 minutes to give them some time because i needed to pick up my child they agreed. I went back they made my order as agreed. But another person had a started wprking i asked if i could add another drink she told me it would take another 20 min. So disappionted at the customer service.

I recently visited your locaction this past weekend and arrived at the drive through shortly before 0530. The facility appeared to be open and people were inside roaming about. I sat at the drive through for a moment and decided to procced to the pickup window. I sat at the widow as the employee made eye contact with me but no attempts to take my coffe order. Eventually a young lady open the window at 0528i to inform me that 0530 is there business start hours. I acknowledge an ask if its ok to place my order, she said no i will have to drive back around and place my order at the drive through menu. In the past I have place additional request after getting to the window so I wasn't happy after waiting and being told to go back through the drive through that was full with cars. My 7Brew coffee was hot and my service was much better.
