I usually avoid Starbucks due to company's support for union busting & genocide. That said, a plumbing emergency (broken valve/NO water) left me with a very limited window of time to pick-up breakfast (ham & cheese croissant), & coffee (flat white). Starbucks it was (🤷🏻♀️). Wow, what a reminder of why I once loved the Starbucks experience so much. The service was excellent, the staff kind & attentive, & the seating comfortable. The suggestion of an added water was much appreciated. The notes (enjoy, hydrate, muchas gracious) on my drinks felt personal & especially kind.

I come to this Starbucks all the time and the experience is always amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, but Alex truly stands out. She remembers my order, is always so kind, and makes every visit feel special. This location feels like home because of the people who work here. It’s always clean, the service is quick, and the drinks and food are consistently delicious. Huge shoutout to Alex for making every visit better! I definitely recommend this location!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered my drink with a specific type of milk, and I watched the barista pour the wrong one directly into my cup. When I politely asked about it, they insisted it was the correct milk—even though I had just seen otherwise.
When I requested to have it remade, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of a simple fix. Mistakes happen, but honesty and good customer service go a long way. Being dismissed and spoken to rudely over something so basic was really frustrating.
I hope the store can work on better communication and customer respect, because this experience was far from what I expect from Starbucks.

I’ve had to get my drink remade (sometimes 2 or 3 times) almost every time I go here. Espresso is terribly weak. It sucks having to go inland to get a consistent coffee from Starbucks but it takes less time to travel inland then get my drink made properly at this location.
