I spent 10 minutes after the Mobile App said that the order was ready waiting for this guys to make a drink for me. I saw more than 10 people ordering at the counter and get their before order me.I tried to talk to one of the employees and she completely ignored me . It is a shame.

Came in yesterday during the last hour, it was a little dead. So I got 2 drinks. The new iced lavender matcha and white mocha lavender latte (made just like a small coffee shoppe down south!) and, I wish I remembered her name, but she made both to perfection.Went and ordered a Venti lavender matcha today from a different location and I think they missed the lavender foam, even though there wasn't a rush. I, even thought it went to the bottom, and tried a straw, but couldn't taste it.Was omw to Viera and this location kindly remade it for me. I wasn't sure if they were able to, but he was so nice about it.I said I can wait, because it was a huge rush and he said 'you're just as important as everyone else.' Talk about melting my heart! He remade it and, oh my, it was perfect. I left feeling uplifted. He turned my disappointment into comfort.Seems like every time I have extra time and I'm on an sbux kick, I'm just going to have to make the long trip here. The staff I came in contact with were so courteous, kind, and put me at ease. Good hires, manager.
