Came into do a little work on my laptop, was told 5 min after getting my drink that the table I was at was reserved. With all other tables taken I had no choice but to leave. Poorly handled by the employee and gave no real solution. Paying customer, will not return to this Starbucks

My visit started off bad… my drink was completely wrong, food was cold. And I was missing a cake pop.
The manager whose name I didn’t get who was covered in tattoos was more than accommodating. She made sure I got my items remade quickly and correctly while making conversation she also gave me two coupons for my next visit
That turned into what was a bad experience into a good one
My remade items were perfect!
I will definitely be returning again

Allie was lovely! She made me feel genuinely welcomed and wanted. After she rang me out on the cash register( We made conversation and she kept eye contact and seemed to actually welcome the friendly exchange . She also seemed to be extremely respectful and professional to the other employees and could be heard being encouraging and light hearted.
My drink was also made perfectly and I was in and out relatively quickly…..
It has been a while since I have felt genuine customer service at a place. Great job Allie!

Regularly burns the lattes. I’ve tried giving this place a chance but they steam the milk for way too long and the drink loses its flavor.

Today I went to Starbucks and placed an order with a lady who had a tattoo on her arm. I waited for almost 20 minutes, but my drink never came. When I asked about it, it seemed like they had lost my order.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded if they had just asked and remade it — I would’ve been happy to wait a bit longer. But instead, they didn’t say anything and just handed me a random drink. That was really disappointing.
The service here was truly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. This is the first time I’ve ever felt upset enough to leave my order behind and walk out.
This is my local and favorite Starbucks. They always make my drink as ordered and service is always with a smile. Love these guys and gals.
