Regularly burns the lattes. I’ve tried giving this place a chance but they steam the milk for way too long and the drink loses its flavor.

Today I went to Starbucks and placed an order with a lady who had a tattoo on her arm. I waited for almost 20 minutes, but my drink never came. When I asked about it, it seemed like they had lost my order.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded if they had just asked and remade it — I would’ve been happy to wait a bit longer. But instead, they didn’t say anything and just handed me a random drink. That was really disappointing.
The service here was truly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. This is the first time I’ve ever felt upset enough to leave my order behind and walk out.

When you ask Starbucks for VERY light ice, this is what they understand. :( went through drive thru for fast service and on my way to work. Didn't have the time to wait for remake but called them to let them know, offered for me to come back for remake. :/ like now I have to go out of my way and be late for work because they couldn't get things right in the first place. Dissapointed

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making it such a pleasant experience. I've never had any issues with an order, and the drinks are always perfect. It's clear that the team here really cares about their customers. I always look forward to coming back – it’s hands down my favorite Starbucks! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

I'm usually a brew at home gal but this is on my way to work for those last minute days. The people that work here are SO kind. One of the women that work there gives the most thoughtful compliments and everyone I have spoken to here is so sweet.
