Came in yesterday during the last hour, it was a little dead. So I got 2 drinks. The new iced lavender matcha and white mocha lavender latte (made just like a small coffee shoppe down south!) and, I wish I remembered her name, but she made both to perfection.Went and ordered a Venti lavender matcha today from a different location and I think they missed the lavender foam, even though there wasn't a rush. I, even thought it went to the bottom, and tried a straw, but couldn't taste it.Was omw to Viera and this location kindly remade it for me. I wasn't sure if they were able to, but he was so nice about it.I said I can wait, because it was a huge rush and he said 'you're just as important as everyone else.' Talk about melting my heart! He remade it and, oh my, it was perfect. I left feeling uplifted. He turned my disappointment into comfort.Seems like every time I have extra time and I'm on an sbux kick, I'm just going to have to make the long trip here. The staff I came in contact with were so courteous, kind, and put me at ease. Good hires, manager.

I don't leave reviews on starbucks because most of the time it's just full of miserable people, but Sue was amazing. Never thought I'd say someone at a drive through window would make my day better, but she did. Easily my best experience getting coffee.

Walked in stood at counter for easily 5 minutes no one in line only 2 cars in drive thru. No greeting nothing simply ignored for no reason walking past me cutting jokes. Then finally the girl who is 4 feet from me goes "oh are you waiting on something? " like no I'm standing here cause my doctor says to? Really? Management needs to train on being prompt and professionalism. I've been in client relationship management for 10 years and that's inexcusable. Not saying anyone needs firing but they met me with a inhospitable vibe as soon as i called them out on it. I was never loud or anything just wow. So better. The male manager was very professional. 2 girls need training. I digress.
Inconsistent. When paying what we do at Starbucks the expectation is that we get coffee made the same every time. My husband runs out some weekends only to drive home for me to literally see the drink was made wrong. Espresso frap with almond milk. Why is it so hard? Way too sweet for some reason and tasted like no espresso shot added.
