All the workers are so sweet and understanding, seriously, your staff is great. My only negative comment is the quality control. As someone who comes here ALOTTT, the quality of the drinks can be hit or miss.. sometimes so bad It's hard to drink. I typically have more problems with hot drinks like flatwhites or cappuccinos, but that's probably because they're not as popular as other drinks on the menu. Cold foams can also be very hit or miss. Sometimes it's just a bittt too liquidy. But yeah, I'd definitely make sure your staff is well caught up on their training, because they're all great. Just probably need a little bit more practice haha 😅

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation needs to be addressed. On October 11th around 8:00 a.m., I went through the drive-thru on my way to work, just like I do about three times a week. I ordered my usual — a black iced coffee with caramel in the cup, crunch on the bottom, whipped cream, and more caramel and crunch on top.
To my surprise, the barista Dylan was extremely rude and refused to make my drink, saying he would not make that for me. I politely explained that I order this same drink all the time with no issue, but he still denied me service. I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive he was.
I immediately contacted corporate, and they told me I would receive a call from the district manager within 48–72 hours. It’s been well beyond that timeframe, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. I even had to drive to another Starbucks that morning, making me late for work.
I was kind and respectful the entire time, and I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way. I plan to follow up again with corporate, because this issue needs to be addressed so that no one else has to experience what I did.

I will drive out of my way just to go here because of the friendly staff and good service. The atmosphere is very chill and I really enjoy what this coffee shop has to offer. thank you very much for treating somebody who has high functioning autism like a family member. You earned a forever customer.

The customer service at this location is the worst. I don't know why I try and stop there. I think I hope it will get better. Last time through the drive through I asked if the foam on my cold brew could be a little extra thick and they rudely told me they are not allowed that they have a recipe and can't stray. I only wanted it extra foamy. For $7 a coffee, politely asking for a few extra seconds in the frother shouldn't be a big deal and isn't at any other Starbucks. I left with no coffee and took that money to another Starbucks and gave them a very generous tip just for being accommodating and friendly. I won't be back.
