Why have online ordering of I have to go in your store and stand in line to ask for my prepaid online order to be made. Then you don’t follow my instructions for the online order, and have a nasty stressed attitude when I’ve been nothing but calm and nice about your garbage service. I’ll never go to this location again. Get it together.

The food has definitely improved. Message to the owners. Pay the good people you have enough so they will stay, you earning a little more money so you can pay your employees less, is a good way to lose money in the long run. The two ladies working there last night were excellent and should be treated as such.... Not what I know they are getting paid.

Walked in to grab a couple subs for dinner and was greeted by a lovely young lady name Heidi. She asked me about my day and made my subs with a smile. SUBWAY you have a great employee treat her well. My fiancé ordered two subs from the Subway App. Upon unwrapping the sub at home, she realized that it was missing key condiments like mayo and pepper, leading her to discard the dry sandwich. When I contacted the store to report the mistake, the Manager, Amanda, mentioned that she would need to review the camera footage and requested the sub and receipt to offer a credit or remake the sandwich. Despite being frequent customers, we have decided not to return to this store and will instead patronize Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's in the future.

This is my favorite store visit when I’m in town. The store manager is fantastic! She goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. The place is always clean, and the food is fresh and delicious. Amanda and her team make sure my order is perfect every time, and they do it with a smile.
