I ordered off of the app. I ordered around 11:03pm, and the app stated that they were open until midnight. When I showed up around 11:10 they were already closed. All of the lights were off, there was no one there. When I called the shop for a refund, the woman tried to gaslight me and tell me they were open, when I know they were not open. She was really rude on the phone, and didn't take my concerns seriously, didn't even take my phone number to call me back after she talked to the owner.

The ladies that work the midday lunch shift are absolute dolls! So polite, always making sure my sandwich is to my liking, and even suggestion new sandwiches to try so I'm not ordering the same thing constantly. They Honestly deserve raises and are the reason I come almost daily.

Lilly was very rude to us when we ordered our food today. We asked for a drink, and she didn't answer. Instead, ignored the question and rudely asserted her own instead of politely answering the question and moving on. She cut the veggie sandwich right after using the same knife for a meat sandwich. At check out, I asked again for a cup for the drink, and she said, "you can take it yourself, they're right there" while they were in a far corner out of my reach and didn't even have the common curtesy to hand them to me. She was rude and curt to us through the whole interaction. We were having a fine time with the other associate handling us, until she came in with her attitude and ruined everyone's pleasant moods. Not sure why Lilly felt the need to be unnecessarily hard to us when we were being perfectly polite. I'm intimidated to come back to this location as getting a sandwich from subway shouldn't make me feel like I'm an inconvenience.

I've had my worst experience ever at Subway. We ordered through the app around 11 AM, and it took almost an hour—50 minutes—to get our food. To make matters worse, Cris was extremely rude and racist, skipping us twice in favor of people who arrived after us. I always give nice reviews, but this time I just couldn’t. It’s disappointing when service is so poor, especially when I usually have positive experiences. The food might be fine, but the service was absolutely unacceptable.

I had a craving. Popped in and awesome. The girl working was amazing. Nice and polite! And she definitely made my sub perfectly.
