I stopped by for lunch and Tonya Troutman made my sub. She was very professional and spoke clearly when asking me what I would like on my sub. It was busy and she kept a positive attitude while handling the other customers.

The “general manager” Tanya is so unprofessional and rude. I can not believe anyone would pay her to run a store. She speaks to customers like they are stupid and skips over people and then throws a fit when you call her out. We left and won’t ever return. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG

I placed an online order and picked up our sub at the Melbourne subway today for the first time. I was very impressed by how clean the store was, the staff was friendly, they paid attention to detail making sure to get our subs right.The bread was fresh as well as all of the veggies and meat. It was actually the best subway sub we’ve had! We’ve been to other subway stores in our area and they are not very clean and the veggies always look old.5 stars to the Melbourne store and their staff!!!

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen in a food establishment. When we pulled up and he had to put down his phone and work you could clearly tell he was annoyed. Shame on you Alyah, Elliot and the other kid working Tuesday evening 8pm 3/5/24. They were so rude the entire time and then I got to drive all the way back up there when my kid couldn't even bite through the stale bread you gave her then they had the NERVE to call me a Karen when I wanted it remade. Put your phones down and focus on the customer.

As soon as we got there the meat was covered with metal covers so you can't see them making your sub. The guy making our sub literally hardly put any meat on my husband's sub and did not listen to what we asked of him regarding the toppings. The toppings we did get where skimpy and he was asked to put more on and just looked at us like he didn't want to do his job. We ordered a churro as well and not only was it still raw in the middle, but he never changed his gloves after touching meat snd veggies (can you say cross contamination?). We told the guy we were dining in and he wrapped my sub anyways. Upon looking at my receipt it states "if it's not right, I'll make it right! Tonya Troutman Manager" so I called the number when we left, had to leave my name and number and never got a call back. I will be making sure I follow up with this as it's a huge health risk to be doing that to the meat and handing other foods with the same pair of gloves. This manager took the job knowing that mistakes would likely be made and that she was to be held accountable for her and her teams actions. And since she's not following simple guidelines of her job duties, I will be contacting higher up and making her responsible. Possibly even a call to the health department about the covered meats because that's just disgusting. When I worked for Subway none of this behavior would have been accepted and I would have been fired. Shame on you Tonya and your staff.

Absolutely the worst service. I nicely asked if she (Tonya Troutman also the GM) minded cutting the meatballs be cut in HALF as a child is eating the sub… she says ‘actually I do’ and then proceeds to begrudgingly cut them whilst shaking her head and then DUMPS them in a pile on the roll and attempts to move them around with the paper rather than her gloved hands because she didn’t want to change her gloves.

I asked for 2 footlongs 1 a BMT with turkey instead of ham.. was told "I don't substitute protein".. so I said, they literally do it at every Subway I've ever been too.. Lady says " well we don't do it". I said, then I'll take an Turkey Italiano. Which is the same as the bmt but with Turkey instead of ham... Lady looks up at me, jaw open, trying to contradict my logic... when she couldn't, she just stared at me.. so I finally said.. You could've just given me that option instead of being rude about it.. Your obviously having a bad day, so I'll just leave. Have a good day. Many places to get subs..I buy Subway 2 to 3 times a week most weeks.. but I will happily switch my routine to avoid this place with this kind of service. I should patronize a local mom n pops anyway.

So I just went on a rant about Sonia at the subway. The fact that she was extremely rude to me. Tells me that she most definitely was extremely rude to my daughter. Absolutely horrible customer service!
