This was my first time ordering from the subway I ordered it through the subway app and I specified the extra toppings that I did want on my sandwich however, when it arrived to my door, the entire roll was barely even cut in half and it’s also it’s hard as a crouton. I called the store to get a refund, but they weren’t Able to help me. They couldn’t even offer a remake on my sandwich. This is so ridiculous. I will never order again.

Mobile ordered 2 subs on Italian HERBS and cheese....not plain Italian with miniscule amounts of cheese(please train your people properly or get new ones) asked for extra lettuce and extra mayo barely even got a normal level and thankfully had some at home I could add to make it not dry. Side note I can tell the bread was slightly over proofed before baking(I've worked for subway years ago for over 5 years and am intimately aware of formulas and steps) glad I didn't order my husband his food from here.

Great meatball sandwich.
Staff member was not very good sandwich maker as well as being extremely slow no other patrons inside.
Bread was dried out and subs were sloppy.

Second time I purchased an Oreo foot long cookie for 5$s and they placed a regular chocolate chip cookie foot long. Have waited for a long time in the past because they didn't even see the online order come in. Same guy who screwed up the order. Won't pick up the phone when you call them. I'll go to another subway that's not owned by this owner.

Went there today 1/21/25, one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were out of everything. Sauce, cheeses, eggs, meatballs! Felt bad for the workers that had to tell everyone!
I have been going to this Subway location for over a year. For some reason, today was a complete disaster. I ordered a 6 in meatball and a 6 in ham and cheese. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only one sandwich. I let the girl at the counter know that there should be 2 subs. Her reply was, "I know, but we don't have any meatballs." With the attitude that I was inconveniencing her. In replace, she made the most pathetic version of an Italian sub I've ever seen. No cheese, there was only pepperoni (didn't know that was on an Italian) 2 hand squeezed tomato slices, a quarter cup of mayo on extremely stale bread that was crumbling to the touch.
Next time call the customer. I would have gone down the street to a different Subway. Oh, by the way, I threw the sandwich out in fear of getting sick. It looked that bad.

I used to go to Subway at Baymeadows store # 42816-0 and even though it was .5 miles from my house, I stopped because Wendy's crew was SO rude and petty to me; but ever since the manager Jacob Groo took over the store, the food is great, and the SERVICE is so much better. Thanks Jacob, you have a customer for life. VALERIE MCLEOD
