Went there today 1/21/25, one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were out of everything. Sauce, cheeses, eggs, meatballs! Felt bad for the workers that had to tell everyone!

I have been going to this Subway location for over a year. For some reason, today was a complete disaster. I ordered a 6 in meatball and a 6 in ham and cheese. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only one sandwich. I let the girl at the counter know that there should be 2 subs. Her reply was, "I know, but we don't have any meatballs." With the attitude that I was inconveniencing her. In replace, she made the most pathetic version of an Italian sub I've ever seen. No cheese, there was only pepperoni (didn't know that was on an Italian) 2 hand squeezed tomato slices, a quarter cup of mayo on extremely stale bread that was crumbling to the touch. Next time call the customer. I would have gone down the street to a different Subway. Oh, by the way, I threw the sandwich out in fear of getting sick. It looked that bad.

I used to go to Subway at Baymeadows store # 42816-0 and even though it was .5 miles from my house, I stopped because Wendy's crew was SO rude and petty to me; but ever since the manager Jacob Groo took over the store, the food is great, and the SERVICE is so much better. After multiple days trying to get breakfast at 8:05am, the doors are always locked. Don’t post hours of 8am - 10pm if you are not open at those times.

Last time I went it was 8:30pm and the guy rushed through my sandwich and then walked behind me and locked the door and I seen someone else pull up to get a sub and they had to turn around because the doors were locked . tonight We went and try to get a sub at 8 o’clock and all the lights were off and doors locked, but it says it’s open till nine… the food is good just not the service..

The 2 young men who were working did an EXCELLENT job taking care of my family's requests. Subs were perfect and they were very, very courteous. We love this location and are loyal to them.
