Went there yesterday to get a turkey sub, later that night i puked all night, pretty much got food poisoning from their turkey.

Love the location and the quality of food, but I’d rather drive a mile down the road to get a better attitude and atmosphere. From the moment you enter the store there is rudeness. Just not worth dealing with when I can drive a bit further and have a kind face greet me. Won’t be back.

My husband and I miss the old staff. To the new owners: Customer service takes a tole on your business. The young lady serving me looked annoyed with my requests, and came off passive aggressive. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows.
Thankfully the old worker who used to serve me, works at a different Subway now, not too far away. Therefore I will bring my business elsewhere. For a reopening, it’s not a welcoming environment here.

I'm a regular here and always leave with a good experience! The hispanic girl is always so sweet and welcoming and even remembers my exact order down to veggies and sauces. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a quick meal.

We walked in and were not greeted by either employee, (what we are use to-"Welcome to Subway".) The girl said "give me a Minute", not I'll be right with you, no smile. Then we had a request for a the bread and she acted disgusted, said is this one okay, we said yes and she slapped it on the prep counter. We asked for mayo to be added and she proceeded to squirt A LOT of mayo on the sandwich. So much that the guy that was ahead of us said "Well that's enough mayo for 3 sandwiches". Then she said can I get you anything else, and I said a smile, then my adult son said, yes, a smile for *#* sake! I guess that was it for her, cause she picked up the sandwich and threw it hard, right into the trash can!!It made a loud noise, startled the lady at the register. So we left, I and I think I giggled in disbelief! So, saying she was Rude doesn't really cover it! Will never go back there again, Will be getting my subs from Publix from now on!
