Ordered the #3 "Monster Philly", yeah?hands down the saddest sub I've gotten at a subway lol a can of tuna had more meat in it than 1/4 of the sub? like what cheese, where??♂️. Obvious there was a new employee attending me but the trainer needs to be more helpful instead of brushing off

The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is quick and courteous, which is a real plus. I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it appears cold and uninviting -- but at least the tables are clean.

The subway ownership of this location has an issue with quality control. I visited twice thinking my 1st visit was just an off day. The frehness of most of the toppings in the cold case were past usable life. Lettuce was wilting and browning. All other ingredients were of similar low quality. Sad to see, and it falls back on the owner who allows or requires the employees to operate this way. Could add more, but why, go elsewhere as I did.

Ordered The Philly from store located at 1500 Babcock st. Melbourne Very disappointing. Double cheese did not seem to make it on my sub nor the mayo and did not seem to be toasted like I ordered it. And it was cold.

Pulled up at 8pm walked up to the door at 8:02PM. The Open sign was on and the door was unlocked. Upon opening the door the employee yells "WE'RE CLOSED" in quite a rude fassion. I said the Open sign was on and the door is u locked with a look of confusion. She yelled "READ THE DOOR WE'RE CLOSED". Talk about poor customer service. There is a way to inform customers of your closure without being unprofessional. Don't think I will be going back to this subway.

Slow and rude service. You people are competing with Wawa and for the price of a six inch I can get a lot more at Wawa. This will be the last time I get subway. We gave it a shot and it's just not worth it.

After making my fabulous sub with an embarrassing amount of pickles, which I take great pride in, I put an embarrassing amount of vinegar and oil on it! There was also ham and cheese LOL. But when the young lady was done making the sandwich she said I didn't think anybody ate these like me! Best place I ever get to eat lunch!

This is consistently the worst subway I've ever been to. They are always out of at least one thing I've ordered, if not *most* of them! Their drinks aren't made properly either, and they don't stock the same chips as are on the app. Whoever owns this place needs to get some advice from the Subway at 3600 Wickham. Go there instead!

I ordered online because I only have a certain amount of time on my lunch break. I was told to be there at 12:45 but I wanted to make sure to give it some time so I got there at 1:03 and my sub was not ready. I was told I had to wait behind 7 other people who were in line and didn’t make an online order because one of the workers had to go to the bank. I didn’t have time to wait that was the whole reason why I ordered ahead. I got a refund and the guy tells me sorry I had to go to the bank. Well now I don’t have enough time to go anywhere else for lunch. This place is a joke and I will make sure to let everyone know that your workers couldCare less about the customers !!!

Just came in for a subway. I got the veggie sub. They gave me burnt beard. Hard as a rock!!! The person making the sandwich obviously knew that the bread shouldn't have been served but still served it. Stay away

I’m rating this 3 stars because it’s usually good. Today however was a different story. Online order. Chicken was never heated. Wrap fell apart as soon as I took it out of the bag. Had to be eaten as a salad with a fork. The days of the sandwich artists at subway are clearly done. A friend was there earlier and the same employee tried to serve him cold bacon. I hope this guy finds a partner who can cook…
