I stopped in today for a drink & to get a bit of work done while my boo was down the street at the doctor’s office and loved this gem. The atmosphere put me right at ease as you can tell it’s a local favorite. The iced chai I had was delicious, and the staff were fab. Lots of little comfy nooks inside & ample outdoor seating…I’ll be back to try out the food menu!

My wife has been going here for years and when we got married she introduced me. Sun Shoppe Cafe is a great family owned and run coffee shop in downtown Melbourne. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when trying to make a choice. I love their coffee drinks and my favorite bite to get when I am there is the breakfast pizza! Do yourself a favor and get a slice next time you are downtown Melbourne!

Nice atmosphere and great spot to grab a coffee. I gave this spot a 3 star rating primarily because they microwave their eggs versus grill them. I did enjoy the bacon egg and cheese (double egg) on croissant.

A very nice place to take guests from out of town, or just to cool down in the A/C before or after you braved the heat on the main thoroughfare, with a frozen toffee frappucino. The atmosphere allows you to relax and talk amongst yourselves, popular for small one on one meetings for realtors or franchising business men trying to get work done, or people cramming to get a paper done for school. Definitely a lot of options for food and beverages at decent prices especially when you consider the overhead of being downtown. Definitely recommend
Vegetarian options: (Plenty of customizable options as well) Veggie wrap, hummus, pastries, veggie platter, tabouli
Parking: Parking downtown usually isn't a huge issue heavily depending on the time of day. Unless you need to get really close for a handicapped individual, you'll need to be willing to walk but overall you should be able to find a space within reasonable distance of the establishment
