Went to place an order online since It said they were open till 10 PM on a Saturday night. Place the order went to go pick up building is packed with people. Lights are off. Doors are locked. The lady had zero clue or common sense to what was going on. Apparently, they didn’t get my order. This isn’t the first time that this has happened in previous times they wouldn’t even have my order started by the time I would pick it up

If you like going to a restaurant where the staffs kids are running around and screaming and ramming into your table. And service was just slow and no refills for your drinks.

Horrible service. They charge you a base service charge because they don’t do anything. I had to get up and get sauce boats and the sauces myself, and then walk over to ask them to take our card. The sushi delivery cat deserves more of a tip than anyone else working at this establishment.

Waited over 40 minutes for my Mom to get only one of the items she ordered. They had a small child place our orders and prioritized DoorDash over costumers actually in the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience. Bait and switch with the pricing. Cold soup, 14$ for a small no name sake. Didn't get all the food that I ordered that trickled out at a snails pace, rice overload so you fill up. An absolute waste.

I don’t even recommend anything on the menu and I see why it was so empty. The sushi was falling apart. The clear soup was disgusting and had a fish smell to it. My son’s fried rice bowl was $14 for the most basic flavorless fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Way too expensive for poor quality food. Haven’t been here in years only went because I had a Groupon for it and nobody properly explained how it worked so I ended up paying way more than I expected so that’s the last time.

It has been a long time since my husband and I have been here and we decided to give them another shot. The food was delicious and served beautifully. However, there were only 3 tables being served in the restaurant and the service was very slow. My husband ordered the hibachi steak and never received it, when he followed up with the waitress, he was then told that they did not have any. I would return again. To others, I would say to be wary of the time sink, but the food is good, especially for the price.

We were there an hour and a half, paid $90 and never got half all the things we ordered! We only ordered on their papers twice! So it’s not like we ordered a lot. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. And they sure couldn’t suffer the consequences because gratuity is already added! We used to like this place….
