The restaurant is very clean. There's a cute little robot who delivers your food. The servers are very attentive. They all work together to make sure you have whatever you need. Especially Dana! She remade my lemonade for me and made it the way i like it. Super sweet and complimented me. Honestly made my day. Thankyou so much sushi factory!

Placed my order 15 minutes ahead, told itâd be ready at 7:57. Pulled into an empty parking lot thinking, âSweet, no crowd, my sushiâs waiting.â Jokeâs on me. They hadnât even started it. While we were waiting, they casually dropped the bomb that they were out of rice. A sushi restaurant. Out of rice. Thatâs like a pizza place running out of dough. Absolutely ridiculous.
Then people started showing up and it turned into a circus. A DoorDash driver came in for an order that supposedly said âready,â only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. This place canât get its act together. And they wonder why we never tip them.
