Worst dining experience of our lives. Wanted to leave when I saw the robot food runner. Half of my first order didn’t come out, spring rolls were cheap from the freezer, and when I re-ordered cucumber salad, it was sad, but not as bad as the purple-grey-almost brown tuna I received. Totally ripped off with a $65 check for 2 people, including the 18% tip pre-added. If you want far better sushi for much cheaper, go to Mangetsu (the best around), Nippon Thai, Thai Thai, Wabisabi, or honestly anywhere else.

Unsure why most comments are negative, you are paying $25.95 for ALL you can eat, its obviously not a five star restaurant
Place is clean, food is good, service (when they are busy) is a bit slow, but they are very nice! Give them a break, they are doing their level best.

I was at Cocoa Beach and specifically drove out of my way for sushi instead of heading back to Orlando. After spending the day at the beach, we were still a bit wet but excited for some good food. When we arrived, there were three people sitting outside at four tables. I asked if we could sit outside, and the gentleman at the restaurant told me "no" and said he didn't think it was a good idea. We sat for a moment to think about it, but I was already feeling frustrated. As we were leaving, those same people sitting outside were getting up, meaning there was clearly space for us. He absolutely could have seated us outside. Telling a customer "no" like that, especially when there's space available, is just poor service. Very disappointed with the experience.

Once sat it took 30 minutes for the server to come over and get our drinks. We were one of only 3 tables in the entire restaurant and yet were ignored almost the entire time. We spent over an hour in the restaurant and only got about 3 plates.

We get sushi here frequently. The sushi is great. The last two times we also got fried dumplings and the Hibachi chicken and rice. It seems that many foods other than sushi is not worth eating. I took mine home and tried to fix it the rice and it was no use. I tossed almost a whole plate of chicken fried rice. The chicken so dry it was not edible. I have ginger paste at home and I added it to the rice and even then...tossed it. The dumplings were overcooked and the dumpling sauce was so salty none of us ate it. My experience leads me to believe that they only know sushi.

I did not do the all you can eat option. I was just stopping in for a quick snack, and ordered a spider roll. The roll was very good. Since I only ordered one roll my bill was cheap, so I didn’t notice they add an 18% gratuity, and they didn’t inform me of that. They didn’t circle it on the receipt. Nothing. I paid with a card. And the credit card receipt said nothing about an additional tip, just the normal blank spot to leave a tip. I gave the server another 33% tip. They need to inform people that they add gratuity to the bill. I’ve never had gratuity added and not been informed about it. It seems very deceptive.

Good food at a reasonable price, but I wish they would just add the Mandatory gratuity to the meal price and advertise that their workers are fairly compensated and no tips are necessary. I tend to feel gouged when I plan on an advertised price and am then told it is different (even though we tip more than mandated gratuity). Probably just my hang up, but just sharing.
