I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived to pick up an online order, it was not ready, and I waited at the front for nearly 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. Despite multiple employees being present, they were preoccupied in the back, engaging in unprofessional conversations instead of assisting customers. When I finally asked for help, I was met with an unnecessary attitude.
I understand that this is a fast-food establishment, and I do not expect a luxury dining experience. However, basic professionalism and customer service should be a given. Unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit.

It’s fast food. Tacos are not authentic but they serve a crazing I get for Taco Bell. This one always seems to have a long line. Guess it’s better than nobody going there.

I went thru the drive thru wet rainy day I asked for chicken bowl no sauce and two hard tacos I guess they don't know what no soft means I went home and looked at it and I had to come back to get my refund when I say no sauce I mean no sauce sour cream is a sauce and I'm allergic

Came through drive thru this morning to het breakfast ordered a steak grand burrito and a large Dr Pepper when I got to the window the to workers where shooting the shit and not caring who was at there window I got my order and the drink was a med not a large and it was a pepsi. The burrito was bacon and not steak they didn’t even give me a receipt.

Why do I always get terrible lukewarm nacho fries? 🥴 that has been nachonce, nacho twice but like every single time. Tell me whyyyy 😩
Don't waste your time coming to this location the service is terrible and the workers are all very rude, and they even messed up our entire order on purpose, got items missing and had items that were not supposed to be on a taco, whatever they put on it couldn't eat it was beyond hot, and now we have stomach aches.

Employees are wonderful but their drive-thru is painfully slow. It doesn't matter if you're there during the height of lunch hour or at some random time with nobody else there. There's no sense of urgency.
