Tried taco maniacs food truck for the first time tonight. My fiancé and I typically aren’t food truck people but I was very impressed. The tacos were amazing and the mango salsa is 10/10. We will definitely be repeat customers. The service and vibes of the staff are also amazing. I love that their food truck visits our complex. It makes it really convenient! Thank you for a great dinner!

Came to the beard county courthouse for traffic court and saw them in the parking lot. Me loving tacos I had to get some. I got 3 tacos beef, chicken, and pork, and all three were delicious. Now I will say, if you try to get your chicken just grilled, Eddie will tell you to stop being boring and get the Caribbean Jerk Chicken.
10/10 would eat here again

This food truck setup outside of my work building this last Tues. We were all just as excited to see this for lunch as the owner was to see us lined up. The owner was awesome and he was quick to keep up with demand. The brisket tacos were the favorite among my coworkers. I had people going back for seconds just to try the brisket special.
