Food was excellent and on time. Ashlin made sure to take care of us the whole time we were here. I appreciate the personal touch the owner took to ensure we had a great dining experience
The hostess was the worst I have ever experienced - was ignored for 10 minutes (was the only one in the lobby, she was chatting with waitresses) and she rolled her eyes when I asked for a booth vs. a table then sat our party (with small children) in the bar instead of the dining room. The place is run down, ceiling tiles are decrepit, table was peeling and the bathroom was disgusting (the first stall specifically). If you want to get sloppy and make a mess, this is your place.
The food took 35 minutes to get. We did not see our waitress for drink refills but every 20 minutes. Food was okay, but definitely not worth waiting 35 minutes for. Needless to say, we will not be coming back
Gave it two chances. If you're really looking for Mexican food, this ain't the place. This is more like a hangout that happens to serve okay food. Skip it.
We read the very mixed reviews, but decided it was easy to walk across the street from our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the yummy food. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. Waitress was very nice and attentive.
So many gluten free options to choose from. I was in heaven! The food is so fresh, and the carnitas were to die for. Strawberry basil margaritas topped it off. I was in town for the weekend and had to go back before I left!
We asked Tequila Azul to donate food to our Spanish Honor Society event at Viera High School and they were more than willing to do so. Communication was incredible during the whole process and they were very flexible to fit our needs for the event. The taco bar was amazing; all of the kids loved the chicken, rice, beans and especially the homemade tortillas. The food was definitely one of the highlights of the event. Tequila Azul is a great restaurant with delicious food that cares about the community deeply. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in a heartbeat.
The restaurant was not that full and our service staff was slow and inefficient. The young lady that greeted us had no smile or warm customer sensitive presence whatsoever. Rather it felt as if we were bothering her for showing up!
Food was excellent. Need repair so I can give them 5 star. Went to see band on my birthday and something happened. Praying for them to fix it
Poor service.... Bartender is responsible for multiple tables and the bar. Poor planning on management. Food may be good.... Don't really know it taken over an hour to get food. Service is poor only because understaffed. Bartender trying his best.... Would not recommend.

I read the reviews and still decided to give it a shot. Service was good but food took forever. When it arrived, the food was cold and flavorless. It's expensive especially considering the poor quality of the food. The chips were cold and stale and the salsa tasted like it came from a jar. Portions were relatively small. The guacamole was good (although it's hard to mess that up). Maybe the drinks are better...I won't be going back to find out though.
I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to try this out as I'm a big fan of their "gas station tacos" . The food was okay, other than the mole sauce which was fabulous. However, I have to say I eat out a lot, all over the county, and cannot remember having such a rude server. After bringing me the wrong order, she wanted to argue what my order was (chicken not steak) rather than just make it right. She ignored us the rest of the time. The place was dead as we beat the lunch rush so cannot understand why we couldn't get our check or a to-go box until we flagged down another server. My boyfriend spoke to the Manager after she gave him attitude and as I was not there at the time only know that he walked out pretty irritated and unsatisfied. There are plenty of other Mexican food options in the vicinity so will not be coming back. Oh, and it took what felt like forever to get our food in the first place with a semi-empty restaurant. Cannot imagine what a dinner rush is like.
My friend and I both ordered the veggie enchiladas but I substituted the Poblano Cream sauce on mine. It was delicious. Both of us were very happy with our meals. I will look forward to dining here again.
I come here for work meetings once a month. Food is pretty good and service is good too. Something about it just doesn't let me say it's my favorite Mexican food. It doesn't seem super authentic. Maybe that's it.
Our food was cold, it took about an hour to even get it to our table. The service was fine, but the wait for the food was ridiculously slow! The price of the food was not worth the taste nor the quality. We were very disappointed! There were two positives, the appetizers were hot and tasted well and the drink specials were decent. Not worth the price for what you get.
