Stopped in at The Donut Baron for the first time and was blown away. The staff was so friendly, and the donuts are all hand-rolled and fried right there — you can taste how fresh they are.
I tried the maple bacon, the s’mores, and a glazed donut. The glazed was my absolute favorite — perfect amount of glaze, super soft, thick, and fluffy. I’d come back just for those.
These donuts have real substance but are still soft and fresh. Way better than Dunkin or grocery store donuts. Such a great small business to support — I’ll definitely be back!

This is my third visit to Th Donut Baron. Today I enjoyed a raised jelly-filled dusted with powdered sugar. The raspberry jelly tasted like your grandmother's recipe. Perfecrly sweetened (not with artificial corn syrup) , and you can taste the raspberries! In every bite you get a lot of jelly, in fact so much that it oozed out of the side of the donut.
The Baron himself is Ronnie, an effable character with a big kind heart who puts a lot of love in to his craft. He goes out of his way to make sure you leave satisfied and he shows up in the middle of the night to begin frying. Among my favorites are the pumpkin spice with cinnamon and sugar, the pecan twist, and the raised chocolate. This is the real deal, made fresh daily. Sure to put a smile in your belly.

We drove all the way down from Daytona Beach to try these donuts!!! (An hour and a half) So soo soooooo good. We tried the blueberry cake donut (in addition to getting some for others). It was so fresh and delicious!!! It was so good that I bought an additional one to take home. Donut Baron is WORTH waking up early to get before they sell out. The owner is very friendly along with the other workers. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
