My friend and I arrived at 5. We were looked at but not spoken to until we asked a server if we should seat ourselves. The hostess was kind and sat us inside like we asked and our server came a few minutes later to serve drinks. We sat for another 20 mins without any service until another friend arrived and we asked to sit outside since it seemed like they were only serving outside. We were taken around the building into the shade where it was cold. After a few more minutes our waitress served a table near us but did not acknowledge us and my friend who arrived after us still had not been served. We waited 5 more minutes and left. So 40 minutes with minimal service. The best service we had was the valet. Across the street at Chart House we were seated and served drinks by 6pm.

The bagel looked delicious, but I had the open omelet. The mushrooms were huge!

My wife and I went here for the first time and we absolutely loved it! The food was great, the service was good and the views were amazing. We went at sunset and it was really nice to watch from up there. It's a bit on the pricey side but for a romantic date night it's one of the best places I've been to in a while.

Beautiful rooftop experience with tables and comfy seating. Drinks were great and the atmosphere was awesome! Great place to view the rocket launch.

Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes…..only two other tables. No service in sight……we left. Fabulous facility, fabulous view but not customer friendly. I don’t like leaving a bad review for any business but this place is not customer oriented.

Bartender Kaylee, never asked us who was in our party, then handed me a bill for 4 people....I am with my husband and another couple, she stated "well I figured yall were together and you just put the bill together". Wow for an up-star restaurant and bar, this is sad and bad service. I will be contacting the owner. We will not come here again.

Melby rooftop is a wonderful venue, with one of the best atmospheres on the Space Coast. However, service and food does not live up to the expectations set by the beautiful atmosphere. Management may benefit from a proper lunch menu or just shutting down the venue until opening for dinner around 5pm. Servers seemed like we were an imposition. They were pleasant, but seemed like they would rather do something else.

My fiancé and I came here tonight for our anniversary dinner. We never go out. We have both been in this industry too long and I've been a chef for.. well.. a long time. So, good food is hard to come by and we are always disappointed. But THIS was an exception. We had the spicy guava glazed pork ribs, the waygu burger, and the hummingbird bread for dessert. Splitting everything was more than enough for both of us. Kim was wonderful, very attentive and basically told us what to eat which was perfect. Even though the prices are a bit higher, we still walked out spending less than $100. Absolutely worth the trip!

Me, my husband and my mom are local residents and went here for the first time and were very disappointed. When we walked in, it was super slow and no one sitting at the bar and no host around. We stood and waited to be seated while the bartenders just looked at us and then went back to sitting on their phones. Once we sat down, we were greeted by our server and we ordered water and drinks. Our drinks were taking way too long and we couldn't find out server, so my husband went to the bar and grabbed them and was told "we also haven't seen your server, so here you go". Once my husband came back with our drinks, our server then showed up and we asked for water again and finally got it. We then decided that we didn't want to stay, so we paid our tab and walked around while we finished our drinks. When we were walking around, we saw a handful of empty tables with plates and drinks still sitting on them. Again, it was not busy at all, so there is no reason for so many dirty tables and servers walking around not picking them up. When we walked out to leave, the bartenders were still sitting on their phone. And to top it off, when the valet guy brought our car back, he was on the phone having a personal conversation....

There were three in our part. We chose to sit on the rooftop patio. It soon proved to be very cold. We requested that a heater be moved to our table. We were told there was only one heater and there was no more propane. (They didn't offer to seat us inside.) My dish of chicken breast shakshuka was very disappointing. The chicken was very hard to cut and clearly overcooked. The polenta was dried and crumbly and tasteless. Nobody asked about the quality of the food. I had seen a poster in the elevator announcing the restaurant now had flatbread on the menu. This was the dish I planned to order. Once in the restaurant, I was told they were out of flatbread. Very unprofessional. Would never return.

Inside is loud. The outside is nice. The food is good, but may not be what many people are use to. Very gourmet. Servers are incompetent, at least the last two times I've been there.

Nice menu and pretty views. Our server was very chatty and informative in the beginning but overall the service was quite slow. We also found the portions to be very small, and the prices were high, finally even though I had specified in advance that it was for a birthday they did not have any candles in the restaurant, the food was tasty but overall the evening was a little disappointing

Visited on Valentines day so might have been a factor. Service was a little slow and drinks were forgotten and didn't arrive. Also the steaks were very small. As a visitor to the US I was expecting larger portions and skipped lunch in anticipation.
