They are out of a lot of beer choices plus some of the beer is flat and warm. Employees are not the friendliest. Food portions are sized for people that are on a diet. Stay away from this place....Very dissapointing....too many great restaurants and wonderful breweries in walking distance like Meg O Malleys and Ichabods on Melbourne Bay.

We’ve heard about the Mansion since moving to Melbourne and finally had a chance to check it out. I had the Blackened Salmon BLT on Ciabatta which was incredibly good. Another member of our group had the Florentine BLT which If you’ve never seen one is ginormous. We also had the Loaded Mansion Nachos with chicken which is a mountain on a plate. Chicken was cooked perfect and there was an abundance of pico and queso and black beans. Incredible. We’ll be back—highly recommend!

Went there for brunch on 04/07/24 and couldn’t get any service to start. We then moved to the upstairs bar and ordered a couple of drinks. Finally got to order our brunch only to hear the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes. Decided to leave and go Meg OMalleys.

Service was slow and awkward but friendly. Food was ok and slowly came out as if there were only a few people running the kitchen.The setting is nice but there’s a fine line between historic and run down, this is a bit run down. Lack of care all around.Would not go back, 3rd time I’ve been and it’s a skip from me.

The food here was amazing. We had a large group of 50+. The only odd thing was that the restaurant closed pretty early (8pm?) The shop underneath was amazing and had the best selection of wine and spirits I've seen in a while.

The Mansion was amazing! The cellars- wow the cellars! Filled with every liquor made! There was a gentleman working on a laptop in one of the rooms. I jokingly asked him what a person has to do for a job like that- he said buy a restaurant like the Mansion! ?

If my husband and I could give 10 stars, we would! The Mansion and the ENTIRE STAFF, went above and beyond to create a beautiful an unforgettable evening for us to find out the gender of our first child! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left we felt so much joy, love and hospitality! I wish I knew every servers name, you all truly made our night so unforgettable, thank you for the dessert and for keeping our secret throughout service! We will continue to come back and bring our little one here once SHE arrives!! Thank you thank you thank you again!

We arrived on a Wednesday without a reservation for dinner. We were confused on where the entrance was as there wasn't any clear signage and direction on where the hostess stand is (maybe there isn't one).We sat on the rooftop patio after waiting about 5 minutes to be seated. The view of the bay is pretty but it was a cloudy day for us. Once seated, our server was friendly and polite and drinks came out in a timely manner, however it took 43 minutes to get out food, which were mostly salads. The cocktails were just ok, the food was good, and the prices were fair. Improvements on clear signage and where the entrance is would enhance the dining experience.

First off we sat upstairs. View was beautiful! So food was good, would have been better if it was still hot. We had to wait 4 minutes to get silverware AFTER we got our dinner and having to ask two different servers. No plates, silverware or napkins with our appetizer which was BBQ Bacon shrimp so kinda messy. Drinks were empty before we were asked if we wanted another. And on top of it all we had to ask for our bill 3 different times, and our plates were already taken away.Again food was decent but the service… not happy!! Sorry guys~ better luck with the next guy?
