I don’t like complaining but the service sucks. Having to wait 30 minutes for drinks only for them to come out watered down sucked. Three hours for the complete experience sucked. The cheese fondue and salads came out pretty quick but it was downhill from there. It’s a nice experience but it shouldn’t take 3 hours. Being forced to pay 20% tip for lousy service and mediocre food sucks. I always take care of the servers unless they suck. Even then I don’t stiff them...read full review
so dark and dingy could barely read the menu. We got seated in the darkest table even though it wasn't busy. When asked about getting better lighting ... nothing.
