I was hoping to support a locally owned business on the economic blackout day. I was in the parking lot and decided to make sure that the business owner was in fact local and supported human rights. After some research, I found a transphobic comment on your Facebook page. If you can clarify your stance on human rights, I would be willing to try your soup and support your business. I will no longer be supporting businesses who do not believe in human rights and diversity.
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review when the owner could have just simply called me for my 2nd call. I went there to buy a few frozen soups, and cooked my chicken noodle soup only to find a piece of plastic. I have waited 5 days for a call back or any acknowledgment from anyone in the company about this incident, but no response. This is poor business and absolutely terrible. I will not be going back to the soup shop. This was purchased at the Viera location.
Soup Shop in Viera was great today. Chicken noodle soup was perfect and My salad was packed with goodies.
