The Sweet Heartist

I cannot recommend The Sweet Heartist enough! We recently hosted a gumbo night and managed to snag one of her king cakes at the last minute. To say it was the perfect addition to our evening would be a massive understatement—it was absolutely divine.
As someone who grew up with these traditions, finding an authentic king cake in Brevard County felt like a dream. Every guest at our party raved about it. It was so good, in fact, that I woke up this morning genuinely excited that there was still one slice left for breakfast!
If you’re looking for high-quality, authentic treats made with love, look no further. Thank you for bringing a piece of my childhood home to Florida!

I truly appreciate the wonderful service, especially the option for curbside pick-up, which makes it so easy for me to pick up cookies for friends with my baby in my car. Whenever I have visitors from out of state, I always take them to The Sweet Heartist🤗

I went in on 9/26/25 for the first time, a little after noon. When I opened the door I was immediately welcomed in from the lady behind the counter. The place smelled of freshly baked cookies and I noticed a large section on the left of the store where there was a wide variety of hand made goods at very reasonable prices. I found crocheted chickens and decided I need three!
When I finished perusing the local crafts I made my way to the counter where there were trays of giant cookies.
I observed the menu board that the cookies were $5 each, and they were giant, but seriously- $5? I guess this is a new thing for big cookies- big prices.
I decided to get the pumpkin snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and pecan praline. I love a bit of cookie with a cup of coffee after work and was greatly looking forward to these!
With coffee ready and a little bit cut off the pumpkin snickerdoodle, I was ready to go. Delicious. Just enough spice and pumpkin to he flavorful but not overpowering. I decided to try the pecan praline hoping that it was not too sweet. Oh wow!! It was delicious! Just enough sweet on the icing and the cookie itself was almost savory- because the combination together was just perfect!
We very much enjoyed the cookies and look forward to returning!

This locally owned cookie shop is fun, delicious and their inventory is always changing. Their staff is friendly and helpful. We love this place and we recommended it highly.

The cookie sandwiches and cookie cake were absolutely delicious. They were a hit at the graduation party! We’ve gone into the shop before and have gotten cookies and they are always so good! This is the first time we did a custom order and we were very happy with them and will definitely do it again.

What an AMAZING place!! I live in ND and came down to Melbourne for my nephew’s graduation. He wanted cookie cakes and the Sweet Heartist was SUPER highly rated for cookie cakes and you all were RIGHT! Communication was on point with fast replies. They worked with me SO WELL with delivery - we had an errand and got a little lost so I was a bit late at my brother’s house and she waited for me to get back. It was a few minutes, but it was SO appreciated! And the cookies themselves were phenomenal!!! They were very well decorated- clearly done by someone who knows what they’re doing and is very talented at it. I highly recommend supporting the Sweet Heartist! A+ business and an amazing owner!

The best cookies I have ever had in my life. I went one day because I saw their FB post about doing Christmas in July cookies and I was pregnant and craving gingerbread cookies. Tried one if the car and scared my husband because I was like OMGGGG, these are for real the best cookies I have ever had in my life. AND I DO NOT LIKE COOKIES like that. I'm obsessed. The owner is also very sweet! I have messaged the FB page a few times and she is very kind. My only wish is vegan options or atleast dairy free :)

Amazing owner, excellent service and delicious products. I get everything I can get my hands on. She even has gluten free products and they are the best tasting GF desserts. Hot tip is to order ahead to reserve your goods. Highly recommend! 🤌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
