There’s a smoking area airside after passing through security… but only rich people are allowed to use it. It’s a terrace located off the Premium Lounge. Which costs $40 per person to enter. The Dragon Lady who manned the entry desk was quite curt when she said we had to pay $40 per person if we wanted to smoke.

MLB has always been my preferred airport to fly in and out of. Airport Staff are all very accommodating, friendly, helpful and professional. And very, very polite.
Processing at check-in is fast and efficient as well is going through Security Checkpoint.
Airport appearance is meticulously clean.

I accidentally left my wallet at this restraunte we visited prior to flying out. I tried to call and leave a message immediately to no avail. No one would answer the phone and the answering machine was full, not allowing you to leave a massage. When I returned to the Melbourne airport from my return flight, the were closed (Sunday). Airport security doesn't talk to them and I can't get through thw check point to ask them about it. Very upset with NO options!!

So first time at this place the food is okay and same with the service so I decided to give a little tip which was only $2 but after the waitress took the bill and everything she decided to come back and say "just so you know because you had a alcoholic drink the bar staff got your tip" basically implying that me and the misses should of given more which I thought was pretty rude being as I didn't even have to give a tip in the first place. I know tips are a big thing but you should be greatfull for any tip being as its not compulsory.

What a shame! We come to this bar every time we travel to Orlando, which is frequent. However, today's visit was very disappointing. We're currently sat in the bar feeling very unwelcome. After the waitress realised we weren't eating food, her attitude towards us immediately changed. We were told we were taking up a table where she could earn a bigger tip so we were told we had to tip! She then explained it's customary but we already know this and had intended to tip any way, having previously lived in Orlando and coming here every year since on holiday, we know tips are required. I'm feeling more reluctant to tip after the way we've been made to feel. We've never been spoken to like this before when coming to this bar. Just to add, there were at least 10 empty tables and the airport was very quiet, so it wasn't like we were stopping others from being able to eat here. Awful experience.

Arrived at MLB on a flight from U.K. on Thursday October 3, 2024. Well done MLB. Lovely terminal surroundings. Fast disembark, very fast baggage reclaim. Speedy immigration and customs clearance. In parking lot within 20 mins of arriving at gate. A pleasure!

Salsa had a twang, it was old!. Guacamole was not good , still paid full price. Server acted like it was my problem. Told them might want to pull the salsa as people will get sick.....All fried food .with plastic silverware... don't eat here- What a waste! Paid $15 + to eat just chips .
Great tap room! Melbourne airport is Florida’s best kept secret and inside of the airport lives the Tap Room! We sat at the bar and received phenomenal service. I ordered a peanut butter cup martini and my husband, an old fashioned for cocktails and wings, fries and burger for food. All delicious! We have eaten at this restaurant before and will continue to do so every time we’re flying out of Melbourne airport.

Visited today with family and the hostess honestly looks like she doesn't want to be here looking down her nose at everyone she seats. Like come on if there's a table for more than 4 push 2 tables together and let them sit as a family. Anyway I digress let's talk about who I'm guessing is the manageress. She has no business being in the hospitality industry with the way she speaks to guests and don't get me started on her tone of voice that high pitched nasally tone that gives off umbridge vibes ( a little harry potter reference) but credit to the servers who never stopped even after having to pick up the slack because the manageress and hostess basically stand at the door and sneer at the guests who don't leave automatically after eating
