What a great place and idea for Mexican food. The tacos were delicious and with a hot sauce bar, wow!, what a great chance to try so many flavors and levels of heat. Really is very innovative concept with the large variety. Service was excellent and very attentive. Food, even absent the hot sauce bar, was some of the best food I’ve had. Visited today, Tuesday mind you and the place was pretty busy but there was only one cashier and one girl delivering food. It was very slow getting the line to move. I got the soft chicken tacos. I actually couldn’t eat them, taco was cold and the chicken tasted like it was out of a can. I know I should have said something to the staff but there was no way, the line was way too long. I went away pretty sad.

The food was very good, but the service very poor. It took about 45 minutes for my food to arrive. They made my food wrong twice so it took a super long time. Eating the people I was with also took at least 25 minutes. There were 3 teenagers in the kitchen who didn't seem very serious. Overall, you can go here if you're craving this type of food, but keep in mind that you'll probably be inside for a very long time.
