Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Order smoothies and occasionally snacks for the kiddo when we're running around to various activities, about once a week. People are helpful, but there a mistake in our orders just often enough it should be mentioned. They've always happily fixed it though!

No way to cancel an order and all I want is my money back. Terrible they can take money right away but theres no way to cancel, seriously, they tell you go to the app and the app says it has to be done by the store. I need this corrected now. This was 2 hrs ago and still going around in circles and dont have my order or my money. Just give me back my money how hard is that?

Discriminatory behavior towards disabled individuals

This location has gone down hill over the years. They are too busy and short staffed. Things are missed constantly, the quality has gone down his as well. Had a rep lunch, entire order was wrong, went to go fix it and others had the same experience. They are way under staffed for this location, which is a shame because this was a go to previously, but not anymore.

As a prominent smoothie connissire. I must state this smoothie location customer service is poor. In my recent experiences; the workers aren't people friendly and could benefit from diversity training...

Nice place. I love the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. The staff was nice, they had a deal going on where you get a free smoothie if you buy a meal. It was nice!

Manager was rude and being disrespectful to employee's. Talking loud enough to be heard in the lobby. Also heard employees talking about rats and mold. Horrible spot. Find another one before you waste your money here.

The workers are rude and obviously give off the vibe that they don’t wanna be there. I payed extra for double chicken and didn’t get it— overall really ghetto and unwelcoming.

My sausage in my breakfast wrap was cold and my Greek yogurt bowl was only filled half way for it being $12.

Update: I ordered a southwest wrap with no tomatoes. They have me no tomatoes, chicken or sauce in my wrap. Still the worse location.

Very clean there's been a change I can see the difference. Great job Cat keep up the good work u n the new employees 🙂

please pay attention to customer's request / orders when adding or omitting ingredients and follow through. disappointing .

The store manager was very pleasant my quesadilla was to my liking with extra extra chicken. My smoothie was well blended. I can taste every piece of fruit in it. I will be recommending tropical smoothie to my fellow coworkers for lunch
