Came in at 12/30/25 at 750pm, was greeted by (assuming the manager) a woman with a very nice attitude. She took my mom and I’s order no problem. So we’re waiting for our smoothies 3 and one wrap, one smoothie came out and the wrap did as well. Our names weren’t called very clear by the man/woman in the back. About five minutes later, our second smoothie comes out. In the mean time, about four customers had their orders taken and food/drinks handed to them. The nice lady, the one who took our order, asked what we were still waiting on. We told her one smoothie, she went to let the person in the back know. Well, they came around the corner, asked what our smoothie was, then said “yep I’m making it” with a nasty look on his/her face and an attitude. They then started talking to themselves about how they’re “clearly the only one working here” and swearing. Thankfully the nice lady offered for us to come back for better service but I’m unsure if I want to experience that rude person again.

They always play the same music. It's concerning. I don't know where they get it from but it is always the same song playing.

Taking notes from Taco Bell? Increassing prices while decreasing the quantity? At least they started using smaller cups after their price increase 😂

My favorite. It doesn’t matter whose working the register or whose make the drinks. They’re always welcoming and friendly. Drinks always on point.

I absolutely love this store and the location! The staff is amazing and very kind ! Always make my smoothies perfect! The store is always clean and fresh unlike some of these other stores! Thank you all !

Order smoothies and occasionally snacks for the kiddo when we're running around to various activities, about once a week. People are helpful, but there a mistake in our orders just often enough it should be mentioned. They've always happily fixed it though!

No way to cancel an order and all I want is my money back. Terrible they can take money right away but theres no way to cancel, seriously, they tell you go to the app and the app says it has to be done by the store. I need this corrected now. This was 2 hrs ago and still going around in circles and dont have my order or my money. Just give me back my money how hard is that?

Discriminatory behavior towards disabled individuals

This location has gone down hill over the years. They are too busy and short staffed. Things are missed constantly, the quality has gone down his as well. Had a rep lunch, entire order was wrong, went to go fix it and others had the same experience. They are way under staffed for this location, which is a shame because this was a go to previously, but not anymore.

Nice place. I love the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. The staff was nice, they had a deal going on where you get a free smoothie if you buy a meal. It was nice!
