I do not recommend working here they do not train they throw you on and except you to figure it out when you ask for weeks to have someone come show you things upper management can't be bothered this was the worst job I have ever had I do not recommend this place for anything always a new crew and gm due to upper management not caring enough

Natasha was a great asset I called her to place my order and was told she was fired completely ridiculous you have had 3 gms in the last 6 months when I asked her what happened she said she was not given a reason this place was awesome 3 years ago now it’s complete trash I will be going to smoothie king from now on

I use to love this location. But every time I go I get reminded why I stopped going as often and now I am not going anymore. My smoothie either taste watered down or it’s watered down with chunks of ice getting stuck in the straw making it impossible to drink unless I had a spoon. My smoothies have no flavor I end up having to toss it. I order the chipotle chicken flatbread and it’s always freezing cold. The flatbread is barely warm and the chicken is so cold as if it came out the refrigerator no heating at all. And it has happened multiple times. I’m no longer going. I have complained to them before.

This store is under new ownership and I see it going to great places ! Super impressed with the service . Thank you Natasha for making things right. The Wraps we have received the last two times are the best they have been in a long time as me and my husband are longtime customers to this location.

Terrible service, waiting for over 20 min for 1 smoothie, charge for ice cup, not for free. Never come back or recommend . Drink tasteless, like ice frozen ,not same taste as I had before

Got thia salad it was just said with tiny pcs of chicken n dressing. Most of the things listed weren't in the salad. Got Bahamas mama didn't taste nothing but strawberry. First n last time for me.

Nobody taking orders at the register. Cooks were asking each other if the manager was going to stay on the phone all day.

Everyone behind the counter was very courteous.

I waited a while before I could even order, and the lady in front of me had been waiting over 10 min just to get a smoothie. Anyway, I had ordered an Acai Bowl from another TSC, and it was delicious. I wanted to re live that experience, but that wasn't the case here. First off, the bowl was so empty. The other TSC, the bowl was nice and full, then the granola. The last place it was a nice and layered here, they just threw in chunks of it (as pictured) only 4 strawberries and the rest was blueberries and think shavings of coconut. I was so disappointed. I would go back and have them make it over but it's 20 min away. I'm just very disappointed in the quality and service. I won't be going back to that location. SMH
