The 2 ladies that work in the melbourne square location are the slowest people on planet earth. Never again am I going there. Just get normal staff that want to work.

These people are understaffed and working hard but for you to put your order in takes a while and for the food to come out takes a while as well. They don’t pick up their heads to say hi to the people in the line. Food is good and the smoothies.

The service was so poor at the location stemmed by the Assistant Manager on duty. AM's should never past judgement or offer opinion to her staff on any customer under any circumstances. As professional individual I was confronted with negativity and judgment by the AM for no reason. I would suggest diversity and customer service training to this individual if she qualifies to hold a leadership position with this organization. I would ask; where is the corporate leadership when needed? Her action on 7/29/25 @ 4:00 p.m. left me 😔! I cancelled my usually $12 smoothie...

do not risk losing your money here. They served me a bitter, watery, not even mixed properly chia banana boost and then said they arent allowed to do returns anymore and offered me a voucher. Cashier was nice but you cant get a refund? thats insane to me. A different employee remade mine, it was better but its just crazy they dont do returns

WORST SERVICE EVER

Idk, but I just love frozen fruity drinks!

Don't order an acai bowl from here. The fruit was absolutely nasty. It's supposed to be fresh but it's obviously thawed frozen. The berries looked like crap and I didn't even want to eat them, which is sad because it's my favorite part. Totally not worth $15. Very disappointed!!

I went here with a friend from church and the manager said something racist to him, her name is Erica and also didn't offer us a refund. I hope upper management does something about this and makes sure she loses her job permanently because it is a complete disgrace. She is the older white woman with blonde hair so just be aware if you decide to support her business.

Young person behind the counter very rude

Went in today (02/25/2025) before I had to go to work and ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie with extra chocolate in it. My smoothie tasted like straight ice and I couldn’t even taste the peanut butter because with how much ice they put in it! I have never had a smoothie taste like just straight ice before. Whoever was working today around 3:30 pm were very rude, and very slow, the 3 employees looked like they hated their jobs! I understand everyone has bad days but you gotta be friendly with your customers! If you don’t have customer service skills and a decent personality then you shouldn’t be working in a customer based job!!! I remember when this particular store used to be my favorite location because the staff was great! I literally had to throw away an $11 almost $12 dollar smoothie (they charged extra for me wanting extra chocolate which is fine I don’t care about that). I am just mad that I spent like $11-$12 and I had to throw the smoothie away because I was going to be late to work if I went back and said something. Would honestly like to get a refund but I highly doubt that will happen.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a tropical smoothie I ordered something and I tried it and it was not good so I politely and nicely asked if I could swap it out and this young girl is probably new or doesn't know what she's doing but she refused to get me a refund and refused to swap it out so I tossed out my drink and left. I will never be going back again there service is just embarrassing and awful I really hope someone steps up and knows the rules and how to do there job correctly. I would give the service 0 stars if there was a button for that.

The workers are always on task. My favorite tropical smoothie to go to because I can always rely on them. They are fast, kind, and my smoothie always comes out good. 👍 Cynthia is so cool I love her shes the best manager I've ever spoken to!!!

I came to this location today and the staff were incredible and the food tasted amazing. Never in my 57 years of living have I had such a wonderful experience at a fast food establishment. I was greeted with smiles by everyone and my food was ready in less than a minute! I was amazed with the speed of service and the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be visiting again with my husband soon!

This is my favorite location. They always remember my name and order. Staff are friendly, personable and fast!
