I want to give a shout-out to Ashlyn at this Tropical Smoothie Café for her exceptional customer service. After I accidentally dropped my smoothie at my work (less than 7 minutes after purchasing), she kindly applied a discount today towards another one —completely unprompted. She’s consistently friendly and welcoming whenever I stop in on my lunch break. Honestly, all of the staff here are great—always kind, efficient, and delivering top-quality smoothies every time. Great service, great people. Highly recommend this location!

My go to spot during lunchtime. Service is quick and my food is always warm! I recommend the island green or the mango magic!

The staff was friendly and courteous. I asked for recommendations and was not disappointed.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla as you can see it is not even cooked. The potatoes are raw. I called and left a message for the manager Delta to call me. I would like a full refund. I do not trust it will be redone correctly.

Food is sometimes iffy, but it's not a restaurant. It's a smoothie cafe, and they do that well.

They refuse to take phone orders

Stood at the register as the only person in the restaurant. Was ignored, 2 more people come in, ignored as well. After waiting about 5 minutes, I gave up and walked out. They don’t deserve my money.

I come for the same thing detox island green. I've had the jerk chicken wrap and kale apple slaw which are both good. I don't care for the sweet potatoes cause some weren't fully cooked through. But overall I'm just generally getting a detox island green which is my favorite. Sometimes the Service is excellent and sometimes it's not depending whose working. Once I went in and only two people were there and they were slow I get it they were getting swamped with pick-up orders but what I didn't like was hearing them cursing and being openly annoyed with having to prepare stuff which was annoying to hear them gripe about loud enough around me. Very unprofessional to do in front of customers. Then I've had great experiences with other staff it all depends on who is working honestly. Once me and hub came in on a weekend and the music was being blasted so loud i thought I was at a club. I get some people want to listen to music while working but it's another thing to have the music so loud it annoys customers. Yes, I'm not exaggerating it was crazy loud. But other than that I will continue to come here for my detox island green 💚

Leaving a review since I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone in the store. My colleagues and I ordered Carribean Jerk wraps for lunch - which came with RANCH?! on one, and no sauce on the other. Very inconsistent.

Tried to reach out to the store to give them a heads up that their cook is making the wraps this way, but it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone there.

they dont let the mango chunks thaw before making the smoothie so their mango "smoothie" is full of giant stringy chunks of rock hard mango, not smoothly incorporated with the rest of the drink.

I saw all the bad reviews, and it purely depends who makes it and if they are having a rush. Even then, I have had overall good experiences at this Tropical Smoothie location. This is my go to breakfast/lunch, and hope you enjoy too. If you want your order to be more reasonable, I recommend getting a meal item and a smoothie. ?

They are definitely different than they used to be. They have all sorts of fresh fruit bowls with greek yogurt wraps and flat breads. This is the best location so far. The workers are very nice and speedy

I own a local daycare near this Tropical Smoothie location, today we placed an online order for delivery for 2:30PM. Our order was for our summer camp kids and our teachers. The order was delivered right on time and the Smoothies were all delicious and ice cold! I was very impressed that the entire order was made correctly and speed of delivery! Thank you Tropical Smoothie for making the kids day today!!
