I felt like she did not want to be here, and she did not say hello, and was not pleasant at all!!

Poor experience everytime I get a smoothie it’s bad and almost never tastes good the employees aren’t the best with their attitude either, also they shut down early 30 mins it’s not fun

I ordered a smoothie through a delivery company. When I received the smoothie, it tasted like bananas and peanut butter. The smoothie I ordered had bananas, but it was not the primary flavor. It was also watered down so I decided to get in the car and drive to the store. I brought the drink in and said there is a chance a mistake was made because this taste like bananas and peanut butter. I just wanted you to know and said it in a polite way. The lady behind the counter comes over and says well I’m the manager and our bananas are ripe. You are not gonna taste the strawberries and mango. I said I just wanted you to know a mistake might’ve been made. I did not like the drink, I said. “I am not asking for a refund. I am paying for this .” “well I’m just letting you know I am the manager” She did not rinse out the pitcher very well in between smoothies and she dumped the way protein on top. The second drink did not taste much better. I seriously doubt I will ever return and I definitely will let other people know about my negative experience.

smoothie tasted off - like old, my food was not cooked fully (mainly the rice and sweet potatoes) , girl upfront was not friendly. i don’t recommend this location.

Horrible service those girls had the Personally of a dirty sock. One the teens was standing facing the door chillen Leaning (butt all over) the table behind her on her phone when we walked inside. Place my order. Lady puts order on counter but you cant even hear what she is saying. We tried asking her 3 times is this ours? Just got straight ignored while she made food that happen to be messed up aswell after me. (Oh the irony) Both my sandwiched and wrap were wrong. Told her ranch on the side not on it. It was swimming in ranch. The wrapp idk if was rice or cheese but it wasnt right (hard as a rock)ask for a remake on both. She didnt seem very happy about it. If you make it right the first time you wouldnt have to again. Thats how I see it. She didnt put ranch on it this time but I feel like they ran out of bacon... got 2 tiny small quarter strpis of bacon ice cold. I know its precooked but comeon now. So now we come to my smoothie.. chunky ice with a hint of strawberry... I was blown away 😳 no taste what so ever should have O.j banana and strawberry in it. Oh if that girl wasnt pissed then she was now!! Not even 2 mins later the mom and daughter that was in line behind us come back in with her smoothie. I had over heard her order earlier and she had asked for add mango and extra ice but to be blended very well bc last time she had ice chunks. And thats not a smoothie. We just move from psj and never had an issue with the one up there. We prob wont be ordering from here anytime soon. Atleast if we know those 2 girls wont be working .I was about ready to just have her refund me.

I want to give a shout-out to Ashlyn at this Tropical Smoothie Café for her exceptional customer service. After I accidentally dropped my smoothie at my work (less than 7 minutes after purchasing), she kindly applied a discount today towards another one —completely unprompted. She’s consistently friendly and welcoming whenever I stop in on my lunch break. Honestly, all of the staff here are great—always kind, efficient, and delivering top-quality smoothies every time. Great service, great people. Highly recommend this location!

My go to spot during lunchtime. Service is quick and my food is always warm! I recommend the island green or the mango magic!
