Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location is just not good at all. Every time we order, I keep hoping it will be better, but the smoothies are always watery like soup, the quesadillas are burned and barely have any cheese inside. Tired of being disappointed. We won’t be back.

A lady named Renne was very rude to me, and was not only dismissive but on the phone while taking my order; all of the other staff was fine

The acai bowls were delicious, but expensive. I would visit here more often if it wasn't so expensive. We got 3 identical acai bowls, but one added Nutella. That changed the price from $10 to $12 for one bowl. With tax and tip it was over $40 for just 3 after school snacks.

Always super fast for online orders! Have not personally had any issues with this location since moving to the area and I come here often :)

Honestly one of the best tropical smoothie cafe locations.

They're fast, efficient, and even the smoothie was one of the best smoothies I've had. The fruit was fresh and sweet.

I ordered my usual Detox Island Green 🍏💚
And normally it's too gingery, too sour, not sweet and this time every flavor dimension was perfect.
My favorite substitution to this smoothie is to sub the banana 🍌 for kiwi 🥝 so if you ever do that please comment on this review!

The smoothies are horrible, it’s all crash ice and color no flavor I got brain freeze after the first sip , i had to throw them there.

From out of town. Upon walking in an employee who is sitting down says there is polyurethane on the table which is why there is a chair laying on it so we may not want to be near it. We had already leaned on it so not sure why there wasn't a sign. Otherwise, I enjoyed my smoothie and my guests their açaí fruit bowls. Thank you for having us

Went to get two smoothies and one was rung up wrong. I didn’t notice until I received my smoothies, so I said something to the worker and all he said was “no you wanted pomegranate” I wanted the Bahama mama. He then apologized but didn’t offer to fix the problem. More annoyed than anything

My sunrise sunset was amazing, very flavorful. Santa Fe quesadilla was perfection. There was a clean lobby and staff was nice too. Best tropical smoothie I’ve been to.
