As someone who has worked in the industry, I truly believe consistency is everything—and that’s exactly what Ashley & Davonte always brought to the table.
They were always consistent, always welcoming, and always worked with such a positive attitude. You could walk in on your best day or your worst day, and they’d still make you feel right at home.
We don’t see them as often anymore, and while there are newer people there now, the vibe just isn’t quite the same or as personable as it used to be. Davonte always made sure our order was made to perfection, exactly how we like it with our over easy eggs. Ashley always greets us with a big smile and makes sure we have everything we need to enjoy our meal and never forgets our Waffle House sauce on the side. 🫶🏼

We came to Waffle House. Just got sat down and the server refused to bring us coffee and demanded we order. We sat there for 10 minutes. She never brought our coffee. So we walked out! Nene is a disgrace for a Waffle House employee!

6/9/25. Awesome breakfast, and the service is amazing. Mindy our server was fantastic so kind and helpful and always right there asking of you needed anything. At one point Mindy left her station at the counter to hold the the exit door for a handicapped women and her husband. She is a WH star. The food is fresh and the place was clean and orderly. Great teamwork at this location! 6/15/25 Update: returned for Father’s Day breakfast just awesome. Clean, fresh food and great service!

My friend and I went there for dinner but ending up having breakfast meal that was great. My friend order what she wanted becouse it was her birthday. Of course she eat some there but as normal she most of it home with her that was ok with me. I enjoy her companionship with me.
I stopped to grab 2 biscuits and gravy and an order of eggs. The eggs were fine but either the biscuits or the gravy had a strong burnt taste. It was overpowering. I could not eat them. Very disappointing, that was going to be my fuel for a hard day.

I arrived about 5:15 am and was the only one in the place. The cook “China” had her back to me cutting onions and a lot of them were falling on the floor. She slammed the knife down on the prep table that appeared to be anger. The onion fell on the floor and rolled into the broken floor drain. Finally the waiter (without name tag) soft spoken took my order. He appeared timid to verbally give the cook my order. I watched the cook wearing a pair of gloves pull her cell phone from the inside of her shirt and scroll through while cooking. Wearing the same gloves removed chopped jalapeños, ham and mushrooms with her hands wearing the same gloves. Later she began to clean the counter putting everything on the floor and she swept the wasted food up and handled other cleaning products and went back to handling uncooked and cooked food wearing the same gloves! She was also seen wiping her nose with her hand wearing the same gloves! When my food was ready she left it on the prep area while the waiter filled salt and pepper shakers, and took the trash out ignoring the food. Finally “China” turned around with my food and put it in front of me not saying a single word. The food was NOT as I ordered it. The place was absolutely filthy and the waffle makers were over flowing with wasted batter.

I work all night as a security guard. I stopped there at 6:30 AM. The waitresses are always friendly. Especially the lady from North Carolina and the other young lady fern. They are always so pleasant. My food is always so fresh. I enjoy going there in the morning time. All the waitresses in the morning are friendly and hard-working. I watched the lady from North Carolina. I forgot her name work. So hard wiping the tables down, wiping the ketchup's down, starting from one end to the counter. Coming all the way around, this lady was like a busy b. EE, I think she represents the company very well Alfred. A veryssel jr

We go to many different waffle houses throughout the southeast. This one was a bit disappointing as the tables/benches were poorly cleaned, menus were sticky from syrup, The food was good, but the waffle was undercooked. This could have been an off night, so we will most likely try again.
