I’ve heard about this place for YEARS and I am mad at myself for not coming sooner. From local meat items to high end cutlery, this place has it all. They even host classes and festivals for The Green Egg. On our 1st trip we purchased Apple Pie bacon, Cornbread stuffed pork chops, a few bottles of wine and several spices. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was comfortable. They even offer frozen dinner options if you don’t want to get the grill dirty.

Probably the best selection of meats in Brevard. Always have some crazy bacon recipes, epic sausages, the classics, and some of the more uncommon cuts of beef to test your grilling or smoking expertise on. Plus, the freezer specials are easy money.

First of all they over charged me $36.00 dollars So look at your bill before you leave! Also bought a $39.00 steak and cooked it but it was so full of fat it was alful!! Also got the pre-made chicken enchilada and it was alful. I was told there was no bean in it but there was something very mushy in it that tasted like bean .

Bought an XL green egg and some suggested accessories and the delivery service was INCREDIBLE! Extremely professional which seems increasingly rare these days. Ask for Christina she ROCKS and so does Wassi’s Meat Market.

Great rubs. However, they take forever to get your order out; even paid the extra money for priority shipping. I live 2 hours away by car and it takes over 5 days to receive my order. And that’s throughout the year, not just around the holidays.Update: received order, but, only received half of what I ordered. Called to inform and was told they would get it out. However, it was too late (915am) to get out today and it would be shipped out after Christmas. No apologies, no reimbursement for the “expedited” shipping…. Nothing! Told the lady I would just decline all charges with Amex and hung up. Within 15seconds I received an email that the half I didn’t receive was reimbursed.I understand mistakes happen, but when you don’t apologize or try to make it right… no thanks, lost my business and I’ll make it known how you operate.
