I kinda wish I could put 0 stars. I LOVE wawa but this location always makes me disappointed. Customer care and service is usually mid, but this evening I had the worst experience ever with Colleen, not only was she the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in my life but on top of that she wasn’t helpful at all, caused a scene and had a horrible sassy attitude. Honestly sad, wawa is great but they need to train their employees better because that was not even bad customer service that was horrible.

Why can't I have a microwave to heat up my coffee? I like it extra hot! I get my coffee at 7-Eleven because they allow me to use a microwave. Suggestion: please get a customer microwave

In my opinion, this is the best Wawa. There's an insane bike and car scene that pops up at this wawa every day. It's a shame melbourne PD won't just leave the bikers and the car enthusiast alone. They have a nice chill spot where they hang out and spend money eating and drinking food for an hour at a time, then they do their little ride around town. They're not hurting no one. I personally love to see it when I go to my local wawa on 192

Colleen was my cashier it is absolutely a gem. She made sure to tell me about bonus offers on my app and that I need to make sure to use my points before the end of the year before they expire. This might come off as basic service, but it's rare to find somebody who's so passionate about caring for their customers like her. Diamonds like her need to be cultivated and appreciated and she absolutely should get a raise or promotion!

Asked her to make my drink she made the someone else’s even claimed it was mine she was wrong she seemed irritated waited over 20 minutes and watched her not make my drink rude and unprofessional older lady.
