Colleen was my cashier it is absolutely a gem. She made sure to tell me about bonus offers on my app and that I need to make sure to use my points before the end of the year before they expire. This might come off as basic service, but it's rare to find somebody who's so passionate about caring for their customers like her. Diamonds like her need to be cultivated and appreciated and she absolutely should get a raise or promotion!

Asked her to make my drink she made the someone else’s even claimed it was mine she was wrong she seemed irritated waited over 20 minutes and watched her not make my drink rude and unprofessional older lady.

Only reason I’m even leaving a review is because this is now the fifth time this has happened. They actively try to get out of doing anything other than the bare minimum. I wanted to order a stuffed pretzel. Yes I understand they don’t come out till 11 but don’t lie to me. I go to multiple Wawa’s all the time and they make it five minutes later. Even if they told me, hey sorry I can’t do it till a later time. I’m OK with that answer but I completely lied to me and tell me it takes 15 to 20 minutes. And then when I say well, how come it takes the other places last time you got a very nasty response. Judging by that personality just proves the point of why they’re in the position there.

They make you pay for a cup before you can get a fountain drink and the lady i asked about a cup didn't let me finish speaking before interrupting and saying I can't hear you. They have security guards and it makes you feel like it is a unsafe area.
Unfortunately, the crime rate is so high in this area that you have to provide your own cups for soft drinks. Incredible. I’ll never come back here again.
Kid-friendliness: It’s crazy you have to get a soft drink cup from behind the counter after you pay totally ridiculous. It’s a 50 Cent drink.

This wawa has closed to the public , only allowing their employees to order food and get drinks . I watched them turn 10 plus people away saying there closed , there not doing food , yet at same im watching them cook food for themselves .. half their staff is either illiterate and rude and the other half

I go to a Wawa at least once a day somewhere here in Brevard county. This is the only Wawa that does not let you have free ice water and hides the cups behind the front counter. And then the man behind the register wants to be rude. It's the first time I've left a Wawa in a bad mood.. and I don't think it was necessarily because the cups are now behind the register and your charging for your free ice water it was mostly because of the attitude of the man who was in charge of those cups.. almost as if he's never been in charge of anything before that just makes it to where I won't be returning to that location
