A very friendly guy worked there
I ordered biggie bag meal deal and a junior bacon cheeseburger while passing through. When I got back on the highway I reached in the bag and pulled out a handful of cold soggy fries. I opened the burger and it was iced cold. Nuggets ice cold. Junior bacon cheeseburger ice cold. I called the customer service hotline since this wasn’t my local Wendy’s and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone. She said the district manager would be in contact with me to resolve the issue....read full review
