The absolute worst service and wait times at this location that I’ve ever experienced in my life anywhere. A minimum of 15 minutes every single time WITHOUT any other customers in front of me, usually 20 minutes plus AND it seems impossible for any of the employees there to get the simplest of orders correct. Everyone should be fired and it seems like nothing has changed even after the recent remodel. I’d give zero stars if possible, completely horrendous.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I decides to grab a late night bite at 11:30, I knew the store had just finished their upgrade but man it didn't do squat. Got a double stack biggie bag and that food WAS NOT FRESH. I SWEAR IT WAS SITTING OUT FOR A FEW HOURS, but I ate it anyways because I spent money. Woke up at 4am the next day with a stomach virus. Had me throwing up every other minute and I had to call out of work. Wendys can upgrade to a store with AI taking orders but cant get fresh food. I know it's a fast food joint but I shouldn't be sick afterwards. Don't eat here if you value your stomach and health

It shows the times we're updated last week, so I thought they were correct. It shows the drive thru is open. It was not! They are remodeling the outside, so I thought maybe the drive-thru could be open since this says it is. Disappointed

Understandably the restaurant is under construction, but the drive-through is still open. They did not have any dipping sauces available, the food we received was lukewarm at Best. We asked for ketchup and we’re handed ketchup packets covered in an unknown sticky substance. If you’re gonna keep your drive-through open, at least try to serve some type of quality food and at least clean ketchup packets that don’t leave a sticky residue all over your hands, when there’s no access to a sink to wash your hands. The meal of misfortune was really a meal of sticky disappointment….

Monday, had the luck of ordering food made by a very good shift of motivater workers. First Wendy's triple stack burger I've had that was actually wrapped with care, it looked like the ad and tasted even better. Restaurant is definitely old, and on need of a remodel. Although what is there is clean and well kept. When they do remodel I hope they keep the open floor plan. To much clutter makes other restaurants seem crowded, this place has a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
I got 2 biggie bags , x the price is alright but my burgers were cold

Ran inside due to the length of cars in the drive thru. I am brand loyal to a fault, but the inside of this Wendy's could not be more ran down and just unclean in appearance. If the place looks dirty I usually won't order food, but I did. No problem with the soda, double deluxe was greasy and dripping with condiments, and the fries were inch and a half over salted stubs. I know it is fast food, but so is Culvers, which is just down the road. I feel for the employees, but I will not return after seeing the interior. Wendys, put some pride back in your businesses or you too will find yourself out of business. Until then, I'll spend my money at Culvers!
