Ordered my food inside and requested a mayo and mustard packet. Was given hot sauce instead. So i went through the drive through. The lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. Upon coming up to the window she finally turned and gave me a nasty glare and refused to acknowledge me. Several minutes later she finally opens the window but refused to speak and continued the nasty glare. I asked for the packets nicely and tried to hand the hot sauce back. She slams the packets in my hand. Turns and slams the window. Called the store to speak with a manager.. guess what that's her. Continues to be a rude brat saying that she was in the middle of orders and hangs up. Not letting me speak.. lady all you were doing was filling up cups of soda. If you can't do that and talk to someone then you need to find a job suited for a lazy, incompetent child..preferably one that does not invole talking to people. Good day ma'am!

New Years Eve SUCKED for me. Home by 8pm after a bad first date. BUT, on the way home, I had a hankerin' for my old tried and true SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH and the Wendy's near my own home was closed down but found this one slowly winding my way back home. Went through drive thru, no wait, and just got my sammich. Started driving, took a bite and in SHOCK & AWE, HAD to pull over to almost choke to death on the SPICIEST chicken sandwich E.V.E.R. DEATH BY WENDY'S SPICE... ALMOST. Not sure why they closed down some restaurants vs others but if THIS is an example of a new menu, that was THE BOMB!!!! Anywho, 5 stars for the food and 10 stars for the extremely amazing SPICY sammich. Thank you😁

The manager on duty was very rude and impolite, blowing down in the phone when I tried to order, like she was tired or exhausted, I have to ask her if she was really the manager displaying such low level of customer service, then she telling me she wasn't blowing down because of me, she needs customer service training, there was no customer at in the store or the drive through. I would say be more friendly and welcoming in your voice and attitude. That will help.

Picked up a Biggie bag. Ordered a chicken BLT. Got home and had cold chicken with 2 pickles. Called the store and was told they would put my name in a book and I could get a replacement sandwich. Now 2 weeks later I stopped by and at the counter was Matt, I explained and he relayed the message to Shannon (mgr). She scowled and acted like I was asking for free food. After explaining 3 times the events and giving my name she made no move to check the “book”, I walked out. This location 4150 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL consistently serves cold food with a sour attitude! I won’t be back.
My burgers were old and dry not freshly made, fries were cold. I had to make the cashier give me some fresh ones, sad part also was the cashier has long hair. He didn't have a hair net and he didn't wear any gloves when handling food.

Inappropriate behavior and comments. I ordered a #1 triple and the elderly woman with glasses behind the counter made a smart alec comment " For you" and she walked to the side to look at my legs and calf muscles. "She then commented: "I know I am the same way and can't gain weight either. " She deliberately wanted to confirm that I was "small " and couldn't gain weight. Keep in mind I have nerve damage causing severe pain in my both of my calves.
