I went to get a biggie meal in the employee I believe her name was Kristin was very rude she kept rushing me to finish my order. She was touching her hair I’m not sure if she handle the food also. She definitely made me not want to visit this establishment again

Missing half of our order went back to the restaurant and they called us liars saying that they reviewed the cameras and couldn't replace the food we NEVER got. Ridiculous customer service why would i lie and waste my gas to go back for some fries and chicken nuggets? Mind you we paid 40$ fr this food. Whatever the heck the manager’s name is needs to be fired for this childish behavior. Missing 2 Large fries and a medium and a REGULAR nugget that we never got. Calling us liars. Please get back to me with corporate because this is ridiculous. No wonder you guys get paid like garbage incompetent employees.

Didn’t receive half my order so i went back to get it, they then made me wait inside for 15+ minutes so they could “review the footage” and make sure the missing food wasn’t placed in our bag…. Due to “labor, costs” and making sure they’re “not losing money” honestly just insane for some fries and chicken nuggets.

Ok i used my mobile app and selected two same meal deals wich it seems didnt have the barbecue sause included , then because of that they charged me 50 cents per each sauce i bought 4 for the two meals
I dont see the point of why they charged me for barbecue sauce because most of the time when ordering food im being asked if i need any sause and by the way why i shouldnt need barbecue sauce at first if i have spicy chicken pieces on my order ? That was not nice and also once i paid for the 4 sauces the lady trowed the 4 suaces to me over the counter , she didnt put it inside a bag for me or anything , i looked his shirt but didnt have name on it , but is a small blonde lady with green eyes and using teeth brackets, she was also very rough to me when confirming the order on my app , it said clearly my initials YC as same on the order receipt she had ,i been using this wendys for long since is the closer to my house but i never had this rough experience before , you should have staff who really respect people , be corteus and provide profesional service , if they dont like the job they do ,thats not my problem they can do something else them but i dont need to be disrespected for NO reason , if i were the manager i fire this lady for sure

Terrible customer service we came up to the window and nobody was there. We started laughing and then when the guy went to take our order, he said I’m just waiting for you guys to stop giggling very rudely and he was very rude in general. I think you just need to teach him what customer services is all about because it’s definitely not what he portrayed thank you

Blonde, oily face looking girl took my order today. She was rude from the very beginning, I ordered three things, a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit a side of potato wedges and a large water. The rude girl at the window gives me my total and tells me to pull To a parking spot for my three items. Keep in mind there’s nobody else in line and nobody in the lobby. 15 minutes later, she finally brings me my food and she’s forgetting the water. Obviously I asked about it and she said no I didn’t put that on your receipt. You’re gonna have to pull back around. I explained to her that I did order it and I wasn’t wanting to pull around and she just walked away. Wendy’s do better fired that stink attitude, girl thank you.

Tried to order through the drive-thru here. See my picture for the ridiculous placement of the speaker stand. It covers a huge chunk of the menu. I had somebody behind me, and moving forward enough to see the whole menu would have put me out of speaker range, not to mention the person behind me would of course have moved up. So I said to the lady, “I can’t see a big part of the menu”, and got silence in response. But when I said, “Well I might have to go somewhere else”, the lady immediately said, “OK, have a nice day sir!”. I was so astonished at how much she didn’t care. So: I went elsewhere, and won’t be back.

This location advertises on the front sign that they are open till 12 am. I Was the only person there at 11 pm. The person taking my order acted like I was a burden and really annoyed that I was there. It then took 30 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches. Maybe just close at 11?

Beware of this place! They over charged me on my debit card! The food was disgusting. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and both of the breakfast sandwiches were not toasted. It's impossible to eat an English muffin that's not toasted. Had to throw them both away. ! Don't take my word for it, just look at the other reviews.
Go somewhere else, anywhere else!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
