The manager on duty was very rude and impolite, blowing down in the phone when I tried to order, like she was tired or exhausted, I have to ask her if she was really the manager displaying such low level of customer service, then she telling me she wasn't blowing down because of me, she needs customer service training, there was no customer at in the store or the drive through. I would say be more friendly and welcoming in your voice and attitude. That will help.
The food was great , fresh and hot . The service was better than expected for a fast food restaurant. Very friendly and knowledgeable of their specials . They have a $3 breakfast special (suggested by the cashier) that you could not make at home that cheap . Coffee , hash browns (Wendy's version and exceptional) and an egg and cheese sandwich . WOW , Try getting that some where else . $5 to $6 just for the sandwich . Specials for lunch and dinner to . Try their biggie bags...
