I feel like not enough people take the time to just leave a five star review to fast food restaurants that deserve it. Every time I go here my food is hot and fresh and the employees always have a great attitude! today I went to pick up a mobile order and The way the employees encourage each other. Makes me smile. The guy making the drinks was having a hard time and a lady walked up to him and said take a breath we got this.❤️ keep doing what y’all are doing !

The two workers were astonishingly great they gave us a lot of Oreos in our frosty which the other Wendy’s in the area only gave us one which we were disappointed in, but these guys were great and they were nice magical. Thank you for a magical Wendy’s experience as always.
Tell me how I order a baconator and it don't even have bacon on it. I didn't ask for pickles either and it has those too. I only got two tiny slivers. Day shift is good, night shift is bad apparently
Great location.. food is always fresh and fries always new. Employees are super cool.
Friendly staff. Gave us a free refill. I recommend this location.
@11:27 Sunday night 3/16. I place an order of $17.85 .. WHEN I GOT TO WORK TO EAT LUNCH OMGGGGG YOU ALL WAS WRONG FOR SERVING THIS OLD ASS BAKED POTATO, hard ass nuggets and chicken sandwich. And I didn’t get a receipt… the service was great but that person prepared it is definitely not right.
Went through the drive through,the young girl seemed confused at the speaker got to the window ,there was a lot of confusion going on from what I could see,gave the girl my card,she gave it back then after some other order was messed up and what I think was the manager confronting her ,she turned to .e and said I need your card again it didn't go through,so I gave her the card she gave me my food ,I got home and checked my app for my card and she charged me twice,so do yourself a favor if there's a confused person taking your order and your money just drive off it's not worth it
Ran out of French fries and bacon. At 4:30pm.
People are nice and the food is good

I love Wendy's food, however I am sad to watch them all out of business due to hiring practices. I came to this particular Wendy's because the one by my house was shut down. There was plenty of people behind the counter maybe as many as 10 or 15 but they just cannot get a order out. This will be the next one to go out of business I'm sure of it they've been going down here for a long time corporate does not seem to care and keeps the same hiring practices, does anybody remember fast food? Dave Thomas with rolling his grave if he knew this.
Came in just now intending to eat with friends. I sat down in a chair in the corner and waited for them to join me. I didn’t sit down for more than 30 seconds when an employee came up to me saying, “I NEED YOU TO LEAVE” I asked why and he repeated himself. Maybe they have a loitering problem? Regardless this is no way to treat your customers. I walked out the door and told my friends we are going elsewhere.

Chicken wrap was nasty was half put together was ripped apart chicken fell out it was wrapped twice was very nasty not worth the money.
- Came through the drive thru 01/06/25 at 10:15a. I ordered on the app. Bacon maple chicken croissant meal with a Dr. pepper. I added cheese sauce on the sandwich and gladly paid the extra .60 cents. Firstly the manager wearing her jacket all the way up and sleeves rolled up. Fussing at the employee at the window. Who already is confused/clueless with the window open.. I was handed my bag. Drove off and I was not given the correct sandwich. I had got a honey butter chicken biscuit. I parked and went in. One older gentleman and myself are the only ones waiting. But, the drive thru girl is just lalalala around and smooching on her boyfriend right outside the main entrance to the restaurant. The front cashier returns in from her smoke break. Comes to the register looks at it and walks off to the bathroom. Literally 2 secs later she comes back and faces away from us leaning on the counter. She eventually notices me (which I’m standing right there). She finally ask me “what you need”. I told her I was given the wrong sandwich. She ask what my order was I told her I gotten the maple bacon chicken croissant add cheese sauce. The manager comes behind walking out says rudely “That sandwich doesn’t come with cheese sauce”. The cashier ask the guy in the back to make that sandwich. Yet again manager comes around “that sandwich doesn’t come with cheese”. I replied I know. I paid an additional .60 cents to add it. I want what I paid for. She was so annoyed. Kept asking me multiple times “do you really want the cheese? Do you still want the honey butter?” Uh YES. 30 plus minutes dealing with this. I finally get back into my car and my Dr Pepper is a Diet Coke… They got two employees out on smoke breaks. One standing in front of the only door that’s unlocked. The others were not. Then you have drive thru girl smooching and groping on her man out front.. Meanwhile no one is getting the correct order. Waiting 15 plus mins to ask for a drink carry ( the older gentleman). Waiting and being ignored. But your PAID employees are having free time, standing around on leaning on counters.
- I guess this is the reason Wendy’s keeps shutting down their stores. No one wants to return and spend money at a fast food restaurant dealing with this.
I wish I could give zero stars. The food, service nor atmosphere even deserve a 1 star.
