The drive thu employee kept interrupting my Father and he decided to get away from that negativity. And as we were leaving another employee came up to our car and started yelling and cussing at my Father, I thought she was going to hit him. I told her to back off, because I would defend my Dad. So she said she wanted to to fight me and to come out of the car. She said my Dad is stupid and needs glasses and I was a coward hiding in the back seat. I wanted out of there. I have never dealt with such ill mannered fast food employees. She also said we would be band for 2 years and she knew my face. What kind of people do they hire there? My Father is disabled from 2 heart attacks and has had eye surgery, what if this caused another heart attack? They should be retained or fired. 20 years we have lived in Melbourne and never dealt with employees like them. No one should have to fear that kind of treatment. We are never going back!

The employee at the drive thru kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me read the menu or think about what I wanted to order, since the prices had changed. Then another employee came to our car and started to belittle me for needing glasses to read the menu. She cussed at me and my daughter and tried to fight my daughter. She told us we are band for 2 years and we didn't put get out of the car or do anything to her but say we wanted away from her and try to defend ourselves. We are Never going back there even if we weren't band. Also I had eye surgery just last week and have had 2 heart attacks in the past, so I didn't need any of her cussing and threatening. She should be retained or fired. Same for the drive thru employee. Elderly and disabled people should not have to deal with employees like them.

The 1.00 biscuit breakfast sandwiches they are offering right now are awful. I would rather pay more and go to McDonald’s and get a decent breakfast sandwich the cheeses was thrown on not even melted the sausage was Burnt crisp and so was the bacon sandwich they must have sat on the grill for hours. You couldn’t eat it. They are just aweful it’s a waste of money.

6 employees inside the building, the guy in the drive thru said the 'system had to reboot' and to come inside. Meanwhile, I come in and none of the employees, including the guy doing nothing at the drive thru, are taking orders from the people waiting inside. Didn't even acknowledge the line of people.

Why are your prices on the drive thru board different from what's in the pos system? Fix it.
Not only were my fries barely even warm , but were also somewhat on the rubbery side.
And the Chicken nuggets were even worse.
You spend $16.00 for a meal , for what's only worth $2.00 . MAYBE!!

It was extremely busy and I wanted to point out misty and kalob got my complete order correct with an iced coffee. Great service and attention to detail. Including the kitchen staff where I cannot have cheese. All food was fresh and people were extremely generous. Max was the name on the order

Ordered 2 of the 4 for 4 with a junior cheeseburgers. Buns were NOT fresh! Literally took the meat off the bun to be able to eat it! Burger, fries and chicken nuggets were barely warm! Very disappointed! We were in the area visiting from out of state and won’t eat at this location again!

I do deliveries and sadly this location is the one I hate coming to the most because of the night manager Robert. I got there at 1237 to pick up a delivery and Robert told me he could only do 2 of the 4 combos the customer wanted. When his crew member came to the window a minute later he said that Robert told him to take it off because he didn't feel like making more chicken cause they were closing in 23 min!!!! Then Robert got mad at the crew member for telling me that. I've never seen such disregard for customers in my life. How's rudeness to drivers is one thing but after talking to other drivers, he's been like this for a long time and they even let this guy sleep in the store cause he was homeless. FIRE HIM FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!

Was put off by the low rating but then realised people probably don’t leave reviews for places like this for good experiences often. It was our first time at Wendy’s and we decided to try it as tourists before our flight back to the UK from Melbourne airport. It was excellent, staff were friendly and the food was ready before I even had a chance to pour my drink.

Hadn’t eaten anything during the day and as we saw the Wendy’s decided to try it. Went in several homeless in the room charging their phones and apparently getting some water from the restroom. They even had their scooters inside the eating area. Order and prep of the food was fast. Presentation not that well comparing with other Wendy’s. Had a homeless vaping inside establishment while employees shouting in the kitchen. Know that maybe they let the homeless in because of the temperature outside but they should also have certain rules to go by. There was one with his feet in top of a table and by the looks of it the manager didn’t care he was more focus on maintaining the operation going. I can understand helping in a certain way but there should be some control as to how they are in the restaurant.

Alot of homeless people running in and out, smelled like cat pee at our table and a lot of yelling in the kitchen. I was traveling with my granddaughter and I was actually scared. The chicken club we received was still pink and cold, the French fries were hard and cold and I heard her tell the fry guy to drop fresh fries. They were not busy at all it was about 4 in the afternoon. Just very ghetto employees and patrons. Absolutely not family friendly.

I feel like not enough people take the time to just leave a five star review to fast food restaurants that deserve it. Every time I go here my food is hot and fresh and the employees always have a great attitude! today I went to pick up a mobile order and The way the employees encourage each other. Makes me smile. The guy making the drinks was having a hard time and a lady walked up to him and said take a breath we got this.❤️ keep doing what y’all are doing !

The two workers were astonishingly great they gave us a lot of Oreos in our frosty which the other Wendy’s in the area only gave us one which we were disappointed in, but these guys were great and they were nice magical. Thank you for a magical Wendy’s experience as always.
