Great bakery items and made with tlc.

I have been gluten free for 10 years (celiac) I just ate (in the parking lot) theeeee best gf donut I have ever eaten. It was still warm and actually soft and chewy. Not crumbly, not dry. Absolutely delicious. I also got an apple cinnamon roll, a filled donut and a loaf of fresh baked (still warm) artisan bread. Go, order, call whatever. Just get there!!

We are so lucky to live close to this amazing bakery! Service is always outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the people that work there. They Always so polite and professional. They have products clearly marked for allergens.
Everything we’ve had is absolutely delicious from the sourdough bread to the chocolate donuts, lemon donuts, maple donuts, the coffee cake, cookies. Thank you Willows Gluten Free Bakery!

My new favorite donuts!

I grabbed a dozen donuts and a few filled donuts for a get together with friends, and these were some of the best I've had! The texture is almost a perfect midpoint between cake and yeast donuts, not too dense and absolutely delicious. There is no compromise here for the sake of being gluten free - I can have gluten and prefer these, and for my friends who cannot have gluten, they aren't missing out on anything!

Willow’s does amazing with everything I have tried there so far! The mini cupcakes for my baby shower (gf, vg, nut free) were loved by even more than the non allergy friendly desserts! We then ordered a cranberry apple pie for thanksgiving that was phenomenal and again loved by everyone even more than the non allergy friendly desserts! Even their baguettes were great to serve on the side with meals! Will definitely be coming back for more treats from Willows!

Everything is delicious at Willow’s Gluten-free bakery!!

Best gluten free items I’ve found locally let alone ever! Everything I’ve tried is amazing and fresh. Donuts are my favorite and the cookies are so good! The only bad thing is nice you’ve tried them you don’t want to stop going and then you end up being there every week because everything is so good!!!!!

I got some pastries today from Willow’s and I can’t wait to come back and try more! I’m blown away at how amazing the items tasted and the many options to choose from. I’ve been craving donuts and Saturday was the day to come because it was donut day. Highly impressed with the quality and taste! Thank you for making amazing sweets and treats for the Brevard county gluten free community!

The best gluten and peanut free deserts I’ve ever had. I’ve had celiac for over 15 years and have missed cinnamon rolls the most! Amazing cinnamon rolls!! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious!

Having celiac disease, I'm always on the look for a gluten free bakery. This is a cute little gluten free bakery off of Wickham Road that offers gluten free & vegan baked goods and desserts. Everything was neatly packaged and there was a large assortment to chose from! The staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the sandwhich bread, carrot cake, apple cider woopie pie, soft salted pretzle (fresh from the oven!). Everything was delicious and 100% gluten free. I will definitely be going back.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! The staff was so friendly and amazing!!! The cinnamon roll was out of this WORLD!!!! Everything was made fresh and great! My wife has celiac so it was extremely important for us to finally come!!! So glad we did!!! We will definitely be back!
