Willows Gluten-free Bakery

Having celiac disease, I'm always on the look for a gluten free bakery. This is a cute little gluten free bakery off of Wickham Road that offers gluten free & vegan baked goods and desserts. Everything was neatly packaged and there was a large assortment to chose from! The staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the sandwhich bread, carrot cake, apple cider woopie pie, soft salted pretzle (fresh from the oven!). Everything was delicious and 100% gluten free. I will definitely be going back.

I should’ve called ahead and ordered a fresh cake. The double chocolate layer cake I purchased Saturday was freezer burnt and sadly not good.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! The staff was so friendly and amazing!!! The cinnamon roll was out of this WORLD!!!! Everything was made fresh and great! My wife has celiac so it was extremely important for us to finally come!!! So glad we did!!! We will definitely be back!

This is a cute little bakery just off I-95 that is a perfect stop for a treat!!
I have a soy allergy and at this time there are some restrictions in products I can have, but they are moving away from soy containing ingredients! So more options will become available in the future!!
They have special baked items everyday!
Saturdays they have long John’s and pretzels!! They are delicious and the dough is lofty with a great texture!!
We tried their ice cream sandwich’s! Perfect size and a lovely flavor!!

Deeelicious!!!! I never eaten gluten free dessert but I assumed they would not be great. These were amazing. The comment roll texture is great and tastes good. The cheese cake is delicious and the crumb cake was fantastic. I ate four items in one night because they were so good.

The price is a little high, but this is definitely worth a try. They are the perfect amount of sweet and the texture is just amazing. Highly recommend.

Bought sourdough bread here for $16. Did not meet my expectations and I don’t think the price is worth it. Despite expecting that it was not going to taste or look like regular sourdough bread, it was worse than I anticipated. The bread looked like it was kinda unbaked or maybe it was just way more dense than I expected. It tasted dry and toasting it didn’t make any difference. I couldn’t finish it so it sadly went to waste.

I also tried emailing them my feedback before writing this review, but they never responded to even acknowledged my experience. I’m unfortunately very hesitant in giving this place another try because of that.

It’s very disappointing to describe my first experience as this. Hope their other baked goods are better than the sourdough bread I got.

I went everyday when I was on vacation! Clearly the items are made fresh daily, the staff are phenomenal too!! Items are clearly labeled for multiple different allergens. Would recommend trying out even just one treat. No seating to eat but I grabbed a bunch of goodies to go (and always ended up coming back for more)

My girlfriend had a birthday cake made here for me. We have a friend who has a gluten allergy. They did a great job with the cake and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a gluten free cake. Great service. Thank you for what you do.

I had their mint chocolate chip muffin at a local coffee shop and it was delicious. I didn't realize they were Gluten Free until I looked them up. Will definitely hit them up whenever I'm in the area
