I first tried Willow’s at a festival. Then every festival I went to I looked for Willow’s. I absolutely love Willow’s and so excited when the store front opened.

Amazing gluten free pastries, my favorite has to be the bacon cinnamon rolls.

I filmed a video here to feature on my real estate website. I was blown away at how good the baked goods were. I have been Gluten free for 13 years and Dairy free for 5 years. It's always the hardest trying to find good Dairy Free items. I think the cinnamon rolls were my favorite.

This place has been a life-saver for me, someone who has celiac and not much free time to bake anything myself. Not to mention their gluten free goods are way better than anything I've managed to make! I highly recommend the soft pretzels offered on Saturdays. Also I just tried the maple bacon doughnut and it is incredible.

Not a ton of options for GFV, but a good variety, and it was all delicious. (A bit dense as expected with GF baked goods, and I preferred them best heated up.)

- GFV Blueberry Coffee Cake: similar to a crumble, very flavorful
- GFV Banana Bread: I chose the one with chocolate chips on top, and I found it so yummy (even as someone who normally hates banana bread).
—> Isabel loved both of these!
—> I showed up a little before close, so some GFV stuff was already sold out.

Samoa Cheesecake (GF only)
I decided to surprise Stephen with something, and this was my pick when they told me this had coconut and cheesecake. Apparently, it’s similar to a Girl Scout Cookie, but I’ve been gluten free and vegan for going on 8 years, so I’ve never had it. To say Stephen adored it is a bit of an understatement. If I like coconut I would have wanted to try it, but it looked scrumptious. The size would have been great for 2 to split if they were really hungry for desert, but Stephen was able savor it with a few bites at a time over several days.

Definitely check this place out if you have a sweet tooth and/or a loved one with allergies. It’s so rare I get to walk into any bakery and order even just one desert, so to have such delicious variety was a real treat. Thank you to the owner and the lovely staff person who assisted me. I appreciate your time and patience.

Vegetarian options: Anything with a V is vegan, which is also vegetarian. There are not a ton of options, but there is a great variety.

Dietary restrictions: The entire bakery is gluten free, so it is safe for anyone who has Celiac's Disease. Everything is clear marked, and I was delighted to find vegan options. As someone who eats gluten free and vegan it's very hard to find both. I got the Blue Berry Coffee Cake and Banana Bread, both GFV and both delicious.

Finally made it to try the fresh pretzels which are only made on Friday and bought a loaf of bread but it’s frozen so I have not tried it yet. Pretzel was good, it’s been years since I’ve eaten one and it was still warm. Couldn’t wait until I got home I ate it in the car.

The most amazing gf df soft pretzels and cinnamon rolls. Seriously so so so delicious! The texture was perfect!!!
