Delicious food and great service. The best ramen I have tried. My husband recommends the sea bass and we both loved the soup dumplings. This is the first restaurant where we found them and didn't disappoint. Will recommend this restaurant to all our friends and family š

The night I went was valentineās day and as someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand it can be a difficult night and probably not their best showing. We had reservations for 8 pm and we were seated in a back room. These tables have the ability to extend into a longer table but unfortunately these arms rest on your legs when not folded out. It was incredibly uncomfortable and it seemed that neighboring tables had a similar issue (it was basically a piece of table pressing into our laps and made it impossible to even cross your legs). We ordered soup dumplings and two bowls of ramen. The soup dumplings came out hot and delicious after about 30 or so minutes. Our two bowls of ramen came out at 9:25 ( 1.5 hours after we got there and 5 minutes before they closed.) The ramen was ok, nothing special and definitely not hot (warm at best). During our hour and a half wait, the server never acknowledged the ridiculously long wait time, especially for mediocre ramen. The bill came out to $74 dollars which felt a little expensive for what we got. We originally were gonna get dessert too, but considering our food came out as they were closing the server didnāt even offer nor were we wanting to sit at the uncomfortable table any longer.

Nick was an amazing server. He explained everything in detail. Was attentive but not overly attentive. Food was so good.

A little hidden gem!! My husband and I ate at YanZi tonight for the first time. The decor is nice, I like the booths that are private and quiet for this small space. They have a full liquor bar with any cocktail you like. The food pretty much speaks for itself. If youāre a foodie, youāll appreciate the blend of flavors and ingredients in each dish. We had the octopus for appetizer (pictured) it is so tender and soft and then fire roasted to perfection accompanied with fire roasted corn. My husband ordered the Diver scallops ( he absolutely loved the dish) and I had the rack of lamb with the vegetable accompaniment. Wow! Melt in your mouth herb crusted lamb chops with this flavorful green pesto. I loved every bite! I should have taken a photo to post it. The chef and owner Yan (her American name is Grace) is humble and quiet as she cooks right there in front of the restaurant. It actually makes me feel better when I can see where and how my food is being prepared. We will definitely be back to try more of the dishes on the menu!

Absolutely phenomenal. We have been several times and it has always been top tier. Get the soup dumplings and short ribs and wherever else you might like and it will never disappoint. Food and drinks are made with care!

Weirdest experience iāve had at restaurant, Iām almost fully convinced that the reviews here are paid for. The restaurant was fully empty (shocker), the food was cold and sub-par, especially at the price point, and the owner and waiter we had were so strange and rude that our party got out of their asap.
Word of advice: donāt be weird and rude to the people who are paying to be there. I have no clue how this place is even still open, youād be better off going to Tandoor next door.
This is genuinely the jankiest ghost kitchen disguised as an āupscale restaurantā iāve ever seen. If iām gonna pay almost $50 for cold food then iād go get a frozen steak from whole foods.
Also, to the owner- please fix your attitude ā¤ļø

My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Yanzi. We had read the glowing reviews and decided to give it a try.
From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted like family. Our server, Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and receptive to our celebration. Grace, the chef owner prepared an amazing meal. The Soup Dumplings, Chilean Sea Bass and Shrimp and Grits were excellent.
Please take our advice and visit Yanzi for your next night out.

Food was fantastic. Only suggestion is add more steak other then nys. Filets or Ribeyes would be nice. The chef and his assistant killed it though. Had a good dinner. Pricey but you get quality.

Our first visit. An upscale place to celebrate a special occasion. Staff adds little special touches in recognition of the occasion. Very good quality food, extremely well prepared and beautifully presented. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my husband had the Miso Salmon. Both were delicious. We shared the (four very small) soup dumplings appetizer and found them lacking in much taste compared to the rave reviews I had read. The little Yusu Chinese cheesecake was deliciousā¦at the same time rich and light and not too sweet.
Unfortunately, I think that it is rather pricey for most wallets for other than a special occasion, especially if you want appetizer, wine and dessert in addition to your entree. Only I had wine and dessert and we shared an appetizer. We spent about $125 plus tax + tip.

Everything was flavorful and original. Service by Nick was excellent. Plating was beautiful. Hubbyās martini was a generous pour. They accommodated my gluten allergy.
We started with 3 small plates. Hummus, grilled octopus and pork belly.
Hubby had beef ramen and I had the diver scallops. All were delicious. Weāll be back
