Look, the food is good… when you eventually get it. But curbside pickup here is basically a trust exercise. You give them your order and trust that someday your crinkle fries will emerge from the void.
If you’re hungry and in a hurry, go literally anywhere else. If you’re looking to catch up on emails, meditate, or contemplate your life choices, pull up and make yourself comfortable. You’ll be here a while.
Zaxby’s please consider removing the curbside option if we’re having to drive around to the drive thru after 20 minutes of waiting in the designated spot… just a suggestion

We sat in a booth and ordered online. Food would be 6 minutes. I walked to the counter and, after identifying the fact that we have the online order, I asked for the cup to make up my tea (I put lemonade light and sweetener in my unsweet tea). Six minutes went by then ten minutes went by. After fifteen minutes I went to the counter asking where my food was. No one could find our order. It turns out the order was in a bag sitting on the counter with our receipt on it. Nobody knew nothin' about nothin'. The food was tepid, and the toast was soft and tough. Not the usual reception we get at Zaxby's. Very disappointed.

The food quality gets progressively worse. Wings were so overcooked that they were not edible as was dry and hard. Fries were extra salty. Don't think I'll be back. Needs better food standards.

This is our go to for a quick meal. Food is always good and the tea is the best around !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My Online curbside pick up order was placed at 10:30pm and not ready until 11:07pm. I went to the drive thru first to make sure the building was still open. I told the worker I placed an order at 10:30pm and I would be waiting at the designated pick up parking spot. The worker said nothing back. After waiting over 20 minutes passed expected pick up time (10:46pm) I got out of my car at 11:06pm and had to walk up to the drive through window for ab employee to tell me curbside pick up closes at 9pm. If this is true why would I be able to order my food online? And why wasn’t I told this when I first arrived at the drive through window? Please train your staff better. Never going back to this location again.

Let me start off by saying we used to love to go to this location, but now it’s just went way downhill. Stop by there tonight to pick up my kids something to eat. I ordered off the app go to pick it up and ALL doors are locked The sign says lobby closes at 9pm I show up at 8:45 know, I have to go through the drive-through to pick up my food and it is wrapped around the building after sitting in the line for 20 minutes. I get to the speaker and the guy working. Sounds like he’s on drugs. I had to tell him three times what my name was and he tells me to pull around. After sending 10 more minutes, I finally get up to the window then they try to hand me somebody else’s food I asked for the manager she comes out of nowhere and she act like she just doesn’t At this point stay away from this location go to McDonald’s there faster.
