We don't have this place where I live, but have seen videos on it so definitely wanted to try. Wow!! Hands down best chicken strips ever and the zaxbys sauce off the charts good. Fried are seasoned well and toast is so good. Went through the drive threw staff was friendly and food out quickly.

This was my first visit ever. It's an okay establishment. Entrance to the business from the main road was non-existent--blocked! You have to enter through an alternate entrance it shares with the local movie house located on a two-way road divided by a concrete median, and if you miss the alternate entrance, you have to keep driving and make a U-turn to then return to cross the road into that alternate entrance. Both the exterior and interior of the facility are clean and well-maintained, but there was very low enthusiasm by the employees who were distracted. The posted menu looked colorful, yet it was deceptive. The actual serving was less than expected, although it looked fresh, colorful, and tasted pretty good, but for the same price, I might as well have driven to KFC, or better yet, to delicious Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.

After visiting many Zaxbys locations around the country I have to say that none impress me as much as this one here in my home town. Coming here after a year out on the road reminded me why I labeled THIS Zaxbys as my favorite restaurant. Other locations should definitely take note and learn some best practices. Thanks for a great meal!

My mother says come with me, we're going to have some lunch, so I get in the car and off we go, I looked at the menu, I didn't see anything outstanding but I think it rents a little hi there and the electric must be also expensive. I mean it was tasty a little different flavor, Baldwin KFC throws a bucket of chicken, add half-price you know I'm there first..

The food is good, but their little lemonade scam is just trashy. No regular minute maid lemonade in the dispenser, need to pay an extra buck to get regular lemonade. Come

The drive thru operator was attentive and thorough. He listened to our order and repeated every detail correctly. The food was hot and fresh. Everything in the order was present. We ordered a salad with fried chicken, chicken fingerz meal, and bone in wings. The staff was friendly and personable.

Went to Zaxbys to pick up a DoorDash order and as my friend was walking up to the door they locked the lobby door and then weren’t taking any drive thru orders. It was never posted that the lobby or drive thru would be closed at 9pm. Missed out on making $20 because of their incompetence.

Zaxbys like alot of other establishments are skimping on their portions.Very little chicken in a chicken salad!! Come on get ur act together!!!
