It doesn't seem as those zaxby's is what it once was. After traveling all day we stopped for dinner. The meal was okay.

Zion was an extremely unfriendly cashier. We’ve never experienced Zaxbys and he was not very patient with new customers. Also, we ordered a ten piece fingerz and only received two sauces. One sauce was super small.

Starting at a five star then minus one for being so hard to get into the parking lot. Minus one for no napkins. Minus one for no dipping sauce. When asked if I need extra sauce I declined the extra not the one included. That is a 2 star but the food was perfect so plus one for that.

Placed a mobile order through the app and went inside to pick it up. After I got home, I realized they did not include the coleslaw that came with my meal. They also acted very strange about giving me the drink with my meal. It was just an odd experience.

I went through the drive-thru and my order was taken my Gabriella, she sounded sincere, enthusiastic, and took my order accurately. I could hear her have the same great attitude with the other customers she served. Kudos to her, food was good too. 10/10 will recommend.

We ordered 3 Asian Zensation salads and chicken fingerz to go, we didn't get any salad dressing or sauce for the chicken fingerz and only one fork. The egg rolls with the salads were so greasy, they looked and tasted like they were cooked on old oil. First time visiting this location and it was very disappointing.
